Chihara Maki

-description-

5'7, pale and slim build. Bandages wrapped around his wrists and knuckles from getting into fights. Shoulder length redish brown hair, dark brown eyes. Scar running across upper lip

His birthday is August 24. His crows name is Kage, he is grumpy and quiet like Maki. Kage has a small black bow made by Maki.

The blood hashira, stronger than giyuu but weaker than obanai. He respects Master and Gyomei alot. He doesn't talk alot, is selectively mute. He talks to iguro and muichiro the most. Doesn't like to talk about himself or his past. he likes elderly people and helps them. Looks intimidating, but will help younger corps members if they have trouble with something. Seems to always have a glare on his face, has a severe case if resting bitch face. Judges people with obanai. Has a pet spider named kyuushi whom he found during final selection. Sanemi thinks he is kinda annoying and weak but tolerates him for iguro. Maki doesnt have an opinion on sanemi besides him being too loud.

-backstory-

His mother died during childbirth, this caused his father to fall into depression and he eventually abandoned baby Maki. Maki's grandmother raised him until they were 16. he always helped her grandmother. He is a hardworker and tried to take the burden off his grandmothers shoulders. Maki was fixing food for them both when a demon attacked their home. His grandmother was unable to fight off the demon and by the time Maki got there it was too late. The demon attacked Maki, but Maki being the strong person he is was miraculously able to fend off the demon long enough until the sun rose. Just barley surviving. This experience left Maki deeply tramatized, resulting in his muteness. Maki wondered around for days, slowly going insane from what he witnessed. Eventually they crossed paths with Sakonji Urokodaki. Urokodaki took the him in and trained him in water breathing. There he met giyuu and Sabito. he altered the breathing style to fit his fighting style, resulting in the birth of Blood Breathing. Maki was akways quiet and didnt speak much to giyuu or sabito, but he tried to talk to them anyways. He quickly gained a talent for swordsmanship and progressed faster than giyuu and sabito. Maki went on to the final selection before them both. They passed by killing up to 9 demons on the mountain. He met sanemi there but they didnt talk. His nichiren sword showed a bright red, showing how promising they are. He is a prodigy, alot like muichiro. Becuase of his experiences with both his grandmother and Urokodaki, he repsects the elderly greatly. When Maki learned of Sabito's death, he was distraught. He didnt know him well, but he was destroyed. He assumed giyuu died aswell and cried when he saw giyuu become a hashira. Maki became a hashira within a year of picking up a sword. Maki holds a great repsect for the master.

my mori headcanons because people are wrong too much

1. he listens to oingo boingo. why? hes insane. a freak. he murders for fun with a scalpel and a little girl soldier that has a giant syringe. this guy fucking loves oingo boingo

2. he has two (2) consecutive outfits for mafia business. this is because in his natural habitat he dresses like a divorced father and the rest of his wardrobe is as such

3. a section of his home is intricately styled to be as imposing looking as possible for when guests are over while the rest is a private mess as i doubt mori's home very often

4. he never had pets as a kid so before joining the army he had one singular goldfish and gave it to a family member or something when he got drafted. that thing is still going strong and is now one of those decade old giant goldfish. mori is kinda scared of it, dazai has met it personally. mori never maded it by the way but dazai refers to it as elise the first

-Mammon has really sensitive eyes, so thats why he wears him sunglasses all the time.

-Dazai has perscription glasses but either rufuses to wear them or has to be forced to wear contacts.

-louisa and poe are actually friends and have tea together sometimes

-poe has a giant mansion and ranpo visits him(poe has to pick him up)

-akutagawa likes cats but is allergic. Whenever he is around atsushi his breathing gets worse but he refuses to tell him.

-Gin gets really worried about akutagawa, his disease gets worse everyday and she has to take care of him when it gets bad

-akutagawa hates being taken care of becuase he feels weak.

-Mori and fukuzawa dated when they were younger. But when Mori became Boss, they got into a arguement and broke up. Mori still loves fukuzawa, but fukuzawa hates him now..

-fukuzawa sees the ada as his children(especially ranpo)

-Fukuzawa once hugged dazai, and dazai broke down into tears. He is now really protective over dazai.

-Yosano and dazai remind eachother of mori. For this reason they keep their distance but dont hate eachother. Dazai wants to protect yosano.

-higuchi has a giant crush on both of the akutagawas

-Dazai woukd get super uncomfortable when mori would come up and put his hands on him. Chuuya would make something up to get dazai away and comfort him.

-chuuya has stopped dazai from actually killing himself multiple times.

-ranpo's actual Favourite food is red bean paste because thats the meal fukuzawa got him when they met.

-the ada all work together and take turns getting ranpo snacks

-the ada deeply respect ranpo for his abilities

-yosano and ranpo are drinking buddies and they gossip together. Sometimes dazai joins.

-Fyodor likes to play with hair, the longer the better. He played with nikolai's once and he almost passed out from pure happiness(nikolai)

-The first time Fyodor passed out from his anemia, nikolai panicked and thought he died.

-Fyodor hates taking his iron supplements and has to be forced. When he sits to long at his desk, when he gets up sometimes he passes out.

-chuuya has hetercromia(blue and brown)

-poe is just in a constant state of gay panic and ranpo loves it

-mushitaro and yosano totally ship ranpoe

-dazai and ranpo are actually good friends, they play logic games together

-fukuzawa has a homeless cat hoard that he feeds

-When they were younger, fukuzawa would comfort ranpo when he has a nightmare

-dazai's sleep schedule is actually fucked. He either sleeps 3 hours or 3 days.

-Ango has insomnia and hates overworking, but does it anyways.

-Ango feels guilty for Oda's death so he is forever indebted to dazai.

-Dazai doesnt hate ango, but he cant be friends with him again.

-Dazai saw Oda as a father figure, and oda saw dazai as a child he had to protect.

-Dazai has an intense fear of dogs, spawned from his days in the mafia. Mori used his fear of dogs to punish and threaten him, making his fear worse. He gets anxious just at the mention of them
