So I haven’t made any Madagascar posts lately. But i do want to directly address this one tiny misconception.

The Mort we know & love isn’t an immortal being. He’s 50 years old because Mouse Lemurs are typically 50 years old. Most of the hints in All Hail King Julien up until the Season 5 episode, Out of the Foosa Pen and into the Fire, were mainly involving his family past and the fact that he was a former pirate. Out of the Foosa Pen and into the Fire reveals that the Morts are actually interdimensional beings who absorbs their essences. Essences aren’t the same as souls, they’re two different things. Smart Mort and 1960s Something Groovy Mort are actually created by Mort Prime (who’s the Mort we all know). It’s possible Morticus Khan is immortal as he was the one who told Timo that he isn’t an immortal, and since all morts are completely different outside of their love for feet and dimensional powers, it’s more likely that Morticus Khan is an immortal being who absorbs Morts’ essences. Plus Mort isn’t death as his name is short for Mordecai, meaning honor. I’ve been thinking I could make another evil Mort based on my fan-art from the November of 2021 Madagascar Party, but right now I’m having a fever.

Three Lovers

This year is Final Fantasy’s 30th anniversary so I decided to draw a tribute to the original FF (I used the dissidia WoL design though).

FF has always had a special place in my life and even though my first game was Mystic Quest for the snes, from it onwards, I got to love the series aesthetic and the immersive fantastic world and emotive stories.

The Secret Santa present I made for @foreverjover for Christmas...I also love to imagine Julien and Magic Steve as twins, growing up together...

Also, anybody remember when Julien's parents were arguing about what is Julien's name, because they forgot it in the O, Captain, My Captain ep? That was hilarious, I needed to include that joke, too!
