“Rosie,” Barty said in desperate warning, heaving in a gasp of a breath as he felt the other boy pause, his lips skating over Barty’s neck. It was all so much. Enough to make Barty’s body hot all over, his hands tremble, his knees shake. 

But it still wasn’t close to enough.

“What?” Evan whispered raggedly into his skin, his sharp teeth trailing there and leaving goosebumps. 

Barty felt the other boy’s hands, currently on his waist, tighten almost painfully. He let out a hiss of pleasure. “If you’re going to leave a mark, leave a fucking mark,” he murmured, knowing he never would have been brave enough to say that if they were making eye contact.

The taller boy froze for a moment, his breath stuttering. “You want–?”

“Bite me like you mean it,” Barty ordered, a bolt of bravery stabbing through him as he pulled back to meet blue-green eyes. “Or d’you want me to find someone who does?”

Evan let out an all-out growl, surging forward and connecting teeth to skin.

Yes, Barty thought deliriously, eyes rolling back into his head.
