How design thinking should be done !!!!!!!
1.problem
2.solution from the problem
3.feedback
4.validation
5.prototype.
6 if the prototype didnt work again go from 1
This is how you done the design thinking on a problem
Some example
#COVID-19 how teacher dealing the problem
Empathy & Problem Definition
We are taking teachers in the education segment for interviewing the problems they faced when the pandemic hit their sector.
We have taken two teachers who have the working experience in this sector for about 4 to 5 years.
We are interviewing them on the basis of the problem they faced when pandemic hit and the school needed to shut down.
First interview was done with the school teacher who is working in DAV public school and a history teacher. The second is a home science teacher working in MDKG College.
❖     Problem they faced when the pandemic hit
➢    Connectivity issues and teachers were not used to the new technology.
➢    Unable to understand the behaviour or response of the student regarding the class and there was miscommunication because of less interaction.
➢    Many teachers do not have laptops to access some sites which are not workable on phones.
❖     Problem they are facing during the pandemic
➢    Unable to reach out to all the students in a class because some live in remote areas & have poor connectivity issues
➢    The apps are not totally reliable for the usage; they cannot understand whether their student is responsive in the class or not.
➢    Practical classes are not possible to conduct.
Solutions for the problem
❖     The students living in the remote areas should be allowed to attend classes in school following the COVID Protocol: Maintenance of Social distancing, proper hand hygiene, and masks should be made compulsory. Only the students who miss out on online classes will be allowed to go and attend classes in school. Prior to this, all the teachers, students, administrative staff, management team, and the utility workers should get their COVID tests done. Online classes will be conducted simultaneously using a digital white board.
❖     In order to bring the best out of online classes, teachers should conduct MCQ tests after every class and the cameras must be turned on during the test. This will motivate both the teachers to conduct and the students to attend online classes.
❖     Online classes should be recorded as some students face connectivity issues.
❖     Schools can develop their own application where teachers can upload their sessions, notes and carry forward the assignments.
Feedback from the Teachers
We came up with three solutions and got these validated by the teachers. We were told that these are effective and doable solutions will improve the situation in which they are in at present and will put both the teachers and students at ease. Also, it will motivate the teachers to conduct and the students to attend the classes. We have come up with cost-effective solutions as this pandemic situation is temporary. So, when the spread of the virus subsides and most people are vaccinated, everything will be normal. These solutions can be beneficial to the educational institutions for the future as well.
Phase Ideation
“It’s not about coming up with the ‘right’ idea, it’s about generating the broadest range of possibilities.”
Looking at the problems, we came up with a Minimum Viable Product – SMS application. Study Made Simple app. This app will be created by the school and it will resolve the problem as it will allow the teachers who conduct classes according to their availability and feasibility, the students will have easy access to the notes that will be uploaded by the teachers on the app, and the students can easily give exams. The school will reach out to the teachers and the students and the teachers and the students in return will give feedback to the school after a few trial sessions. In this process, both the instructor and the students’ time will be at a premium as focusing on the essentials, the concepts, and the resources are important for the pedagogical goals of a course. All the teachers and the students will have their username and password similar to how a college portal
Validation
We asked two questions to our users (Teachers):
·        Is the app easily accessible?
·        Do you face any glitches while running the app?
Feedback
·   In this way, the school can also keep a record of the classes conducted and the material shared
However, they want to go through a trial session before using the app because not all the teachers are used to running such apps

Why we need design thinker?
Design thinker is those guys who knows how to tackle problem reframe the problem tin that way so it can beneficial for every aspect. Why we need to think like design thinker? well in our everyday life we tackle many type of problem or just ignore them but if we agree and tackle those problem with the beneficiary method it will be helpful for us and the other people like.
Uber eats
They seek to empathize with their user’s experience so much that they’ve implemented The Walkabout Program—a quarterly event where UberEats designers are sent to a city to learn about it’s transportation infrastructure, delivery and restaurant industry, and it’s overall food culture.
In addition to this immersive design technique, UberEats designers iterate quickly and innovate constantly. They participate in rapid field testing, where designers are interviewing and prototyping with the people who will be using the product the most: restaurant workers, delivery drivers, and the meal recipients.

#Design_thinking goals
Tumblr media
In 2016, Braun and Oral B recruited the expertise of designers Kim Colin and Sam Hecht, founders of the London-based design studio Industrial Facility, to create a smarter electric toothbrush.
When they initially partnered with Braun and Oral B, the manufacturers suggested Colin and Hecht design an electric toothbrush with a variety of sophisticated data-tracking features including a music player, ways to sense how well the user’s were brushing every single tooth, and even how sensitive their gums were.
However, Hecht and Colin quickly advised them to think more about the customer’s experience as opposed to their own vision for the product. They suggested how a few simple additions to the brush could solve many of the frictions their user’s were reporting. Hecht and Colin added on-the-go, USB charging and made it easier for user’s to order replacement brush heads, both problems that Braun and Oral B consumers had already expressed.
The result was an exceptional product that took user feedback into consideration to boost sales and increase customer loyalty

#whydesignthinking #journeyofdesignthinking
Every aspect of design thinking is like what type of situation you are into when you have to work on the problem and make standard to excellence like in design thinking many small things changes our world like how million of dollar were used to make space pen but many people think that pencil will also work but the main reason for working on that pen is no one could harm onboard by the drifiting of the broken tip of pencil .
This type of design thinking is not possible if you dont have any vision so when i started to read about design thinking i just thought its just a prototype of every problem solving but that is not the main reason behind design thinking the work, imagination, labour, curiosity and totally passion create the lable of design thinking in my mind now. How we can resolve the problem of the situation which will give us better direction for future path. #map-o-logic = design thinking
