I know that the reason they don't make movies like Atlantis or Treasure Planet or Road to El Dorado or Sinbad anymore is because they underperformed at the box office and the industry decided to use them as scapegoats against 2D animation, but it's been long enough that at least SOME of us who were kids when those movies came out are old enough to be making movies so basically.
