For too long, society told men to ‘man up’ to stay silent, suppress emotions, and wear a mask of strength. But pain that’s buried grows heavier. Crying isn’t a breakdown, it’s a breakthrough, a way to release, to heal, to feel human. At JSS Hospital, we believe emotional expression is a strength, not a flaw. Let’s redefine masculinity with honesty, healing, and heart.
