Preserving the Flow: A Water Conservation Crusade

In the year 2023, the world was on the brink of a devastating water crisis. Droughts, overpopulation, and climate change have pushed the planet's resources to the limit. But in a small town in California, me and Sofia stumbled upon an old machine in the basement of an abandoned cafe, hidden under layers of dust and cobwebs.

What is this thing? - Juan said surprised 

It's a kind of an old machine - replied Sofia confused. 

The Temporal Resonator machine was a relic of a forgotten time, as small as a radio but as powerful as something large. With a feeling of desperation, we decided to take a leap of faith. We activated the machine and were transported in time to the year 2040, where we hoped to find a solution to the world's water scarcity problem.

When we exited the machine, we found ourselves in a future unlike anything we could have imagined. The landscape was desolate and arid, with vast deserts that stretched as far as the eye could see as if it were an African safari. I had a dejavú since I had dreamed of seeing this. Along the same lines, we soon discovered that a powerful corporation, with impressive technology, had manufactured nanorobots that had a special function to make new water.

So determined to make a difference, we met the Water Harvesters, a guerrilla group of rebels who work in this company, and they were willing to donate their robots so we could fix the current problem. These small autonomous robots known as "AquaBots" collected water molecules from the air, purified them, and distributed the water to those who needed it. With the guidance of the water collectors, we embarked on a mission to help them and see how these robots worked. We quickly learned how to operate ‘’AquaBots’’. Thus, we planned for the mission that had to be precise like a ballet dance.

As we worked tirelessly under the sun, we felt a sense of purpose they had never known before. We met people who had lost everything due to the water crisis and their hope was rekindled when the ‘’AquaBots’’ provided them with a lifeline to survive. Nevertheless, in the distance, we saw a group of looters approaching with the speed of a tsunami. Therefore, everyone quickly got into the truck and fled from there. Upon arriving at the laboratory, returned to the machine to return to the present and help. After eating tacos and singing karaoke, we said goodbye to the people.

I feel like I have helped - Sofia said relaxed. 

We have done well - replied Juan.

Finally, when we arrived at the present, we got to work restoring order and helping with the problem of droughts. We learned that the planet is our only home and that we must be more careful with it.

Definitions.

Story: Story writing refers to the method of writing in which the writer narrates a series of events that has led to a problem, the progression of the same and the end result that has led to the current situation of the characters in the story.

Tale: A tale is a story, especially one that's full of creative embellishments. You can read a tale from a book, or tell a bedtime tale to the kids you're babysitting.

Science fiction: is a time-sensitive subject in literature. Usually futuristic, science fiction speculates about alternative ways of life made possible by technological change, and hence has sometimes been called "speculative fiction."

How did i save water yesterday?

Yesterday was holiday and i was all day at home, i played fortnite with my friends and i spent time with my family, we cook at home so we was conscious with the use of water. We know that the water is a vital thing.
