I learned recently that Egrets are a good omen, a symbol of harmony and resilience— they’re considered a sign of a divine guide.

I’ve never been too religious, but I always believed in the power of the earth and the good signs it brings my way.

In all of my years of living here, I didn’t start seeing them in my neighborhood until now.
