I once thought I was in love. Not only In love but also loved. Aswell as with and bye my soul mate. . Little did I no. Oh hoe. Little did I know. That I was being psychologically mind fucked and brain washed by the best of the best. These ppl can not be called human for they are not. They are sub human. They may not even know how fucked up they them selves are . Their ego and pride tells them otherwise. They can't be called out because it's your fault or my fault they are the way they are. But that's not true. Tho they would love to yell at u and try to hammer in your head how wrong u must be because they never are. Oh yes they actually are. Very wrong indeed. They masquerade as the good guys. And gals. And say they would "never this" or "never that" but that's just the very beginning of a very evil tale about to be told. I'm sure it's much like others who have been made privvy of this sort of evil relationship with their so called soul mate. I would like to be the first to say."cough cough" bullshit.

1. You aren't going crazy

2. Do not say sorry for anything ever again

3. It's your reality at stake.

4. They will become violent with u if u try to say anything but what they call truth. It's not true. So id doesn't matter what they say to u. Let them be mad. It's only cuz they got found out.

5. They will never admit they were wrong. Almost about anything. .

6. You will always get the finger pointed at you. Don't worry because if u have been true, their finger doesn't matter. Ur true self will shine threw.

7.belive in your self

8. Never look back

9. Take a shower.

10. Brush your teeth. And smile at your self I. The mirror because your alive sane, and willing and able to admit you made a mistake ever getting with them and now u have learned a valuable experience that u should have never gotten with a narcissist in the first place and now is time for the healing to begin. Love u all who have been. Threw this terrible experience I hope u have learned to love yourself and are still able to grow from this. If u ever need someone to talk to hit me. Up.
