DIY Chest Binder Tutorial!

I made my own binder today and it was SO EASY (and cheap.. only $10!) so I thought I’d share!

Works well and is so BREATHABLE and comfy due to the mesh in the back. Make one for every day of the week.

Requires some sewing skills (it’s possible with hand sewing!) but its a super super simple pattern. Learn 2 sew by making a binder, its a great skill to have B) Try it out for yourself and let me know, I’m really interested in hearing how it works for different bodies!
