SoI had more ideas for Chris's fanfic in Texas

A 5+1 fic (5 times Chris compared his grandparents to someone in the firefam and once he didn't have to)

So the first time Chris compares his grandmother's pancakes to buck's because grandma committed the atrocity of making boxed pancakes and buck simply refuses to go near anything pre-made and Chris is absolutely horrified when he sees his grandmother making them and makes comments like "even daddy doesn't make boxed pancakes".

And the next time it could be his grandfather doing the barbecue and Christopher just has the most judgmental face possible asking him if he's not going to marinate the meat before putting it on the grill and I really need Chris being super teenage and judging and condemning the grandparents just like they did his dad until they notice how Eddie has built a family and a support network outside of them.

Someone please write a fanfic where Chris is in Texas and just can't stop comparing things like if Helena makes a dish that bobby (or better yet if it's Athena) makes better he can't help but comment on how she did it wrong or when he wants to know something specific about a subject and no one can answer he lets out "my buck would know" basically driving his grandparents crazy because they can't do anything satisfactory because everyone else in LA is better at doing it
