I'm often really dedicated to the visual quality and authenticity of the memes I make, but like idk if I could ever make another human being care about that. I used the proper font and color picked the correct color and sized everything correctly and used the alignment tool to get the spacing right and redrew the background behind the text and spent way too long messing with the drop shadow settings to mimic the original text. I've always assumed she's an adult, she's CERTAINLY an adult in Muffeteertale (she's like, 30) but apparently some people think she's a child?? Fledgling my sisters dog sniffed up. We later found out cardinals have no survival instinct and just live on the ground for a week when learning to fly. So we put her back where we found her and watched her mom feed her. She can fly now :]

im honestly surprised (not really surprised considering what website this is) that i haven't seen anyone on here talk about Lil Nas X getting violently arrested after suffering some kind of mental health episode. I wish he was getting more attention and support.

the height of steven universe criticism was crazy because youd have some people going "idk i think the show has just handled some of its arcs and messages in frustrating ways" and some people going "haha the chibi-fication of the art style is funny" and some people going "rebecca sugar is personally indocrinatining children to be nazi sympathizers and excusing abusive parents and will not be forgiven" and these were all considered like. takes on the same level of merit.

the one thing i will let myself be obnoxiously european about is travel distances. "british people think a 2 hour drive is too long" yes ☝️ thats me i do think that. being stuck in a car is torture. i want everything important to be within walking distance of my house. the fact a lot of usamericans live multiple miles from the nearest store is terrifying to me. how do you live like that............. how do you cope...............

honestly you all are so annoying because motherhood IS interesting but fandom people are simultaneously obsessed with deciding that every woman has motherly qualities and completely disinterested in actually exploring motherhood as a role that informs a character. I do think exploring a character being a mother can be wildly interesting if they are canonically one, but because of misogyny, people just view motherhood as a totally unremarkable naturalized state that all women must inhabit!
