VonDerrit Myers was murdered 4 months ago.

Jason Flanery still has not been arrested for the murder of VonDerrit Myers. 

VonDerrit was shot 8 times. 6 of those 8 shots were to the back of his legs.

The gun police claim VonDerrit was carrying at the time of his murder does not have his DNA on it.

The STL Police Department “found no criminal wrong doing” and decided not to seek charges against Jason Flanery. Prosecutors can still file charges, however.

Brandon Tate Brown was Fatally Shot in the Head by a Philadelphia Police Officer on Monday December 15th 2014 

Two uniformed 15th Police District officers stopped Tate-Brown because he was driving without headlights, police said. When the officers approached the car, a Dodge Charger with Florida tags, they saw a handgun on its center console.

The officers asked Tate-Brown to get out of the car, and when he did, a struggle began. He broke free from the officers and forced his way to the passenger side of the vehicle, where he tried to retrieve the handgun, said Lt. John Stanford, a police spokesman.

That’s when one of the officers fired, hitting Tate-Brown once in the head, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:05 a.m.

The officer who fired the gun has been placed on administrative duty, as is routine in all such shootings, police said. Stanford said the officer has served on the force for about a year and a half. Per department policy, police have not released his name or his race.

Monday’s incident is the fourth fatal police-involved shooting this year, of 26 police-involved shootings. By this time last year, according to department records, officers had been involved in 42 shootings, 13 of them fatal. 

Brown’s mother, Tanya Dickerson, tells us, “What I want to know is, what happened? And why couldn’t you disable him? Why are you trained to kill instead of disable?”

Leon Goodwin, Brown’s stepfather, says, “I don’t want them to just sweep it under the rug. I don’t want the cops to get away with this, because it’s wrong. They took my son, and I want somebody to pay for it.”

Darren Wilson’s mother was convicted of forgery and theft.  She stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from a neighbor before she died.  We didn’t hear about that because it has nothing to do with the case and didn’t matter.  Why are we hearing so much about Michael Brown’s stepfather and Tamir Rice’s parents?

Even if he was a criminal (which he was not - and there is evidence to support that FACT), I don't understand why that would mean he deserved to die...

There are plenty of criminals who are given a trial and are then sent to prison... I need someone to explain how petty theft justifies the loss of a life because this seems to be the only justification that racists have and I just don't get it...

Your blog is misinformed. Michael Brown was a criminal. He did reach for Officer Darren Wilson's gun, he did steal, he did not obey the law. I would love for you to post this.

If I said Russian women are the most beautiful women. wouldn’t get any press. But the minute I choose to glorify a black women…it’s… “We are all one.
