think i’m going to go on a walk today. i can’t sleep again. its ridiculous how little sleep i’ve had recently. and i know that’s a sign of mania but i cannot actually do that again it’s barely been weeks since it ended. so i am simply going to walk it off. i like this routine.

want to get in the shower but i dyed my hair the other day and this is a sure way to lose all the colour. i want to go to the beach so bad. i’m out of tobacco and caffeine and i’m really fucking sad.

i’m actually going to get my work done today. i have like no money too and i bit my wrist instead of my nails and it looks so terrible. going to cover myself in glitter and do a test and buy tobacco and go out. better things are out there. i really have to stop drinking but it’s gotten so bad i think i need help

i’m so fucking neurotic i hate it i left my shower dripping for like 12 hours and i can’t even close my bathroom door because it’s just one of many Things I Do and i drank too much caffeine today and scrubbed a rock with a toothbrush and threatened to eat it and it’s 7.30 and i am so tired but it’s sunny outside now but my sister is literally getting up to go to work so i Have To Sleep but i can’t because i’ll wake up too late and won’t be able to buy pizza or make biscuits i’m aware i’m lazy i just don’t want to cook today when i have other stuff to do and classes begin tomorrow so i am going to implode

this is just because i fixated on adhd today bc i had to do a screening and my fucking stomach hurts and i can taste blood because i brushed my teeth too hard

pain pain pain i have to clean my fridge i have tofu and kale and squash fuck i have so much food i’ve wasted

i’ve got a lot of poetry on my main blog bc i used to do that A Lot and it’s all weirdly formatted bc i was using an ipad as i attempted to repair my own phone and fucked it more but the main drawback wasn’t that it would crash every time i tried to clear my notifications or write in the notes app it’s that i lost about 200 notes i wrote myself in the times i have the least memory of anything and they’re all just relics on my blog or deleted. i just want the old version of me back so i can see it. so it’s tangible again and so i know what i’m like again.
