003. nothing is wasted
Sometimes we look back at seasons of our life and feel like we wasted time—on the wrong people, wrong paths, jobs that drained us, plans that fell apart. But what if none of it was actually wasted?
What if all of it—every detour, every “mistake,” every chapter that didn’t go as planned—was part of the shaping? Part of who you’re becoming?
You learned. You felt deeply. You kept going. That time mattered. You mattered. I mattered. Nothing is wasted.

002. new start, any time
I know it is not the New Year, but lets talk about it.
I’ve let go of the whole New Year’s resolution thing. I used to make long lists—plans to change everything overnight starting January 1st. But I’d slip up, feel guilty, and spiral into thinking I’d failed.
Now I know this: change doesn’t need a date. It can start on a random Tuesday in March or a quiet Thursday night in November. It begins when you’re ready.
Set goals because they mean something to you, not because the calendar says so. Celebrate small wins. Be kind to yourself. And keep going.
