Setting a new habit for November
After entering post-secondary, I have totally ruined any resemblance of a sleeping pattern. I recognize that this can be harmful and counters my goal of living a healthy lifestyle. That’s why this November, I’m going to start by getting rid of what’s distracting from a good night’s rest.

Half way through
It’s part way through the Fall semester and its that time again to start planning for what courses to take in the Spring. Aside from courses, you also have to plan for what extracurricular activities to take. I have a set of goals I established at the beginning of the year but executing it is slightly harder. But slowly and surely, I’m getting there.

Procastination
I have an exam in a couple of days and have been trying to avoid preparing for it by any means necessary. This exam is pretty important because it will dictate the concentration I will focus on for my major.
What is causing me to avoid studying for this exam? The content could be boring and some chapters are self explanatory. However, as I look through the sample exam provided, I could barely understand what it is asking me to do. Clearly, there is still many areas for me to review on. Just need to find a way to get started.
Anyways, better hop to it.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
