Does your Vampire OC have the usual vampire weaknesses/detriments? Do you think she got spooked by her own reflection when she saw the first few mirrors that no longer used silver backings, Or that she got to indulge in taking selfies once digital photography took off and left silver halide-based film photography mostly by the wayside?
Tbh, Morzana is a vampire by a veeeeery loose definition. More lore accurate name would be "the bride of death", but she uses the label of vampire for convenience and because its easier to explain since she too lives for far too long without aging and drinks human blood, what a coincidence that there is a very convenient mythological entity which does the same and everyone has heard of! (is it a coincidence really tho?) What happened is that she made a deal with a slowly dying heathen entity and the price for her freedom is being a middle man for sacrifice, especially human sacrifice. With this deal Morzana gets her freedom and a conditional immortality, while the entity prolongs its life indefinitely regardless of whether it has believers or not to honor it and make sacrifices volutarily. Morzana doesn't know what would happen if she refuses to fulfill her part of the contract for too long and she is not interested in finding it out, despite all the implications she is rather content with the deal. So basically she is not that different from a regular human being outside of not aging and having to drink blood from time to time. She still needs to eat and drink, she can get sick, damaged or killed. She is extremely lucky to live for so long actually. Yet most of her issues come from all the paperwork, faking all the documents quite regularly and having to move quite often for her own safety, and since she's a pretty social person she is not willing to just move into the woods in a lonely mansion she does not have. She loves taking pictures and selfies tho, and as someone who witnessed the whole history of photography she could not be happier to have a phone with a good camera on her at all times.

Pros of vampirism: cool commissions from over 100 years ago. Cons? You have to pay to see them.
