KUALA LUMPUR, AUGUST 2024: It was pure electric energy and raw emotion at the power of a thousand fans conveying in all shades of preppy summer denim and music festival neon glitter faces at Zepp KL to celebrate Southeast Asia’s beloved heartthrob and K-pop sensation – singer, songwriter and producer, BANG YE-DAM.

Dressed in blue, glowing skin, irresistible charm and impeccable vocals, the chart-bursting star set the stage blaze delivering an unforgettable fan meet cum mini concert that drew thousands of passionate fans from Malaysia and across far Southeast Asia. From Jakarta to Bangkok, Manila to Singapore, dedicated supporters flew in from all corners of the region to witness the star's first solo `BE YOUR D’ fan meet concert in Malaysia, creating an atmosphere of pure crazed euphoria. With earlier fan-meet stopovers in Manila and Bangkok, Bang Ye-dam shared that Malaysia was “the best audience” he had emotionally connected with.

Greeted by unified screams that bounced off the packed auditorium walls with repeated encores for more, Yedam delivered one hit after another, singing his originals as well as popular covers, interacting with the media and fans like a true seasoned professional despite his young years. The star was at ease and in good vibes spirits stepping off-stage a couple of times to mingle with his fans, pose for selfies, shake hands without breaking a note mid-song and taking the energy of his screaming fans to stage, all in the same stride. Fans simply couldn’t have enough of him!

The evening kicked off with a high-octane solo performance of some of Ye-dam’s biggest hits and ballads like Miss You, ’Only You,’ Hate That I Love You,’ which also included the star’s most popular Come to Me’ (from the debut EP `Only One’/2023) which turned into an anthem for the entire evening, sending the crowd into a frenzy from the very first note. The young star showcased his vocal prowess and undeniable stage presence, captivating the audience with a mix of energetic dance tracks, heartfelt ballads and fan-centric on-stage interactive games that resonated deeply with his audiences.

One of the highlights of the fan meet was a special Media Q&A session which also included on-stage autograph interactions for lucky VIP fans who had the chance to meet Ye-dam personally. Ye-dam shared he never imagined his life doing anything else but “as a singer doing what I love most - music.
