Prime examples being:

Kagehina: breathlessly staring at each other with competitive passion in their eyes, so close to each other that their breathing becomes synced and their focus never faltering. Tsukishima pulling up to the club room with Yama right next to him: It is way too early for this amount of tension, kiss already. ---------------------------------------------------- Kagehina: Hinata laying his head beside Kageyama while eating a meat bun and Kages preps his hands for practice during their lunch. They catch each other's glances and awkwardly move one of their unoccupied hands until they touch slightly. Tsukishima seating across from them with yams, trying to eat his lunch, with such a stink face: Good God get a room. Like NOW. you both are disgusting. ---------------------------------------------------- Kagehina: After scoring the winning hit, they share one of those hugs where Hinata jumps at Kageyama and he, surprisingly, catches him and kinda spins them around while they grin at each other. Tsukishima with Yamaguchi, sweating buckets but side by side with him, sharing a look when they both look at the wonder duo: tch.. lovebirds. Gross, I might actually throw up, get together already please ----------------------------------------------------

BRO IS TIRED MAN. After enough teasing kagehina became official and he credits himself for getting them tg lol. And it gets so much worse when the wonder duo FINALLY get together. He refuses to walk by them or be in the same room with them without being such an unnecessary prick. more scenarios yay!!!

Kagehina: sharing a lunch and holding hands while Hinata blabbers about something he watched last night and Kageyama nodding along with whatever. Leaning into each other as the conversation goes and they just smile lovingly at one another. Tsukishima throws his lunch away before he even touches it and walks the other direction from the couple with Yamas as he catches a juice box before it hits the trash, just in case: I think just lost my appetite for the rest of the year now. For the rest of my life actually, I'm never eating anything again. ---------------------------------------------------- Hinata looking visibly deflated when Kageyama got sick and doesn't show up to school for a week: I miss my pookie guys...💔 Tsukiyama having heard him say that for the 50th time within the past 4 hours, have lost their heads: PLEASE. SHUT. UP. We beg of you please go be sad and gay elsewhere. ---------------------------------------------------- Kagehina: Having a petty argument over who love who the most. Hinata bringing this to the rest of the first years + Tanaka and Noya: Who do y'all think loves who more, me or Kageyama? It is clearly me! Everyone entertaining the couple and giving their two cents on how affectionate the two are towards each other Tsukishima moving one headphone ear back: I could not care anymore less than your boyfriend does about anything non-volleyball related. ---------------------------------------------------- Kageyama mumbling about hinata offhandedly to Tsukishima: He didn't get mad at me for it either, usually most people would but he actually explained it out to me and he's kinda amazing for it you know? Like he just- Tsukishima who has been standing there for half an hour, wishing his headphones didn't just die on him: Mhmm yeah awesome, please do me a favor and stop loving him. You are never this talkative, it is physically paining me to listen to you for this long talking like a sap. ---------------------------------------------------- Tsukishima going back into the clubroom after practice because he forgot his water bottle: Where did I- Kagehina: Making out in the middle of the court after a heated stare down, notice Tsuki, scramble away from each other. Kagehina: UM- uh we-, we were just.. um-! Tsukishima, deadpan, turns slowly around to walk back out: I wish your relationship the worst things possible in mankind. ----------------------------------------------------

12 am kagehina fanfics have made me reach a conclusion, a hc if you would be specific. We know Kages lowkey looked up to Oikawa when he as younger, but what about Iwaizumi?? Little Kages must of looked up to the guy that had his idols respect, that was his literal partner and best friend, right?! Enough to pick up his mannerisms and traits yk. So seeing Kageyama have like a passive/aggressive approach to caring for Hinata in fanfics has me thinking like "It gives such IwaOi vibes kinda", heres a skit for visual !!

MIDDLE SCHOOL IWAOI Oikawa: *Trips over his feet whilst attempting a set* Ow- Iwaizumi: *yelling aggressively* Watch how you step loser-kawa! Learn to set right, Idiot! *Iwa proceeds to check up on him, get kawa a bandage and tells him to sit down for the rest of practice and to not hurt himself again. * *Little Kages watches it unfold* HIGH SCHOOL KAGEHINA Hinata: *Falls mid race with Tobio and lands on his face* MPH-! Kageyama: Hinata you moron! Don't you know how to run properly?! *Kages then gos back for him and lifts him up before walking with hinata in his arms dor the rest of thr route to school.*
