Also, for full transparency, you maybe noticed the valentines surprise didn’t post this year. There was a hiccup with getting into contact with the winner and the mod felt bad about picking a new one. SO something WILL still be gifted, but it will be more broad for kakaita shippers rather than a specific request. So see you then for a Valentines in June (or July let’s be real).

Prompts: Soulmates - Non massacre.

Soulmates AU, where the Sharingan, used with love and not hate, can reveal the connection between souls.

Since Kakashi helped him at the moment when Itachi saw no other way out than the massacre of his clan, and prevented the tragedy from happening, the connection was cemented. Kakashi, however, doesn't have all the training of a true Sharingan user. He's impressive at using it, but up until that point, he had to do it all alone. Now, with Itachi, he doesn't.
