(below) it’s also not really my place to fight that hard for my perception given what kind of person I really am (white cisgay) but an impactful character is still an impact. and it still can create a conversation/personal thoughts.

delete a lot of thoughts I have the will to post often. But I know the reason I never draw movie kakihara as much as manga kaki is because I don’t want people to tag her with disgusting things because I always wholeheartedly saw her as an explicit female narrative figure. manga kaki is more implied, manga kaki is to the bone an implication of many things if you look to the book’s narrative beyond the pictured violence. but movie kaki is a different person entirely (the movie is an entirely different narrative in itself) and she is difficult to convey on the disgusting tag website. and because of the way I feel about art I can’t distance myself/seperate feelings long enough to get a good picture done and out. my own problem entirely. head-canon if that is still an appropriate term.
