I know these people are incapable of feeling guilt or empathy most of the time, but I'm going to tell every one of them my mother died and it sucked. I don't care.

Maybe I'm trying to make sure a horrible, pointless, unnecessary death can have some meaning beyond my grief. That my mom's suffering can have some... reason.

my oldest brother would always make fun of me and one time i had went over to my friends house and she too had an older brother (this was in elementary school btw). when she went to ask her dad something, he noticed that she shaved the middle of her eyebrows and asked why she did that. she said she shaved it because her older brother made fun of her for having a uni-brow. her dad called over her older brother and asked him why he made fun of her for it and made him apologize. i was shocked because i didn’t “know” that older brothers could and should apologize but also having parents that intervened or acknowledge the bullying and put a stop to it.
