I'm trying out a new remedy that my doctor recently recommended to treat my #shinsplints. This is @kttape that I picked up at Shoppers - a sports and fitness tape designed to help prevent injury and promote recovery. I've had it on for a few days now and my shins feel brand new!! No bulk, unlike other wraps and braces, and plus these colours make me feel like the bionic woman or something. I love this stuff!!!
