Just finished watching winx fate series and here’s my non spoiler thoughts:

Better than I thought although i came in with low expectations.

I like the mysteries and twists

I think they stuck to the original more than I expected

I wish fashion was better and brighter like the original

I wish there was more filler of fairy classes and girly bonding moments like the sleepovers in original

I Miss the specialist friendships/group dynamic since it’s just riven and sky in the series

Too many feminism jokes

I can imagine Riven drinks and smokes in the original so that fits in but I’d say he’s more of a outgoing loudmouth in this series where in the original he’s more of a loner

Massive MusaxRiven fan so disappointed but I have a feeling if they do a second season it could happen

Stella is mean at first which I know people won’t like but I think it works for the story

Who knows if they do a second season maybe Tecna and Flora could be in it but obviously Musa has been whitewashed so unless they change actress next season that’ll still be a problem
