Do you think if i ate i thing of spicy ramen (290 kcals 39g carbs 12g fat) purged and then ran/walked all the 300 cals off 10k steps would keep my weight going down or atleast the same I dont want it to go up but I havent had a meal all week i fasted all week besides 1 blackberry
