If people did not like you, they simply would not talk to you. You have people that reach out to you. You have people that choose to talk to you. Despite incidents where you feel helpless and hated, they have stayed. This will not be the final nail in the coffin, as they have stayed before, and they will continue to stay. This is no judge on your own character, but you can not choose whether people love you or not. You simply must accept it. I am one of these people. I am someone who will choose to be loyal. Please know that once you have calmed down and can see it clearly, you will have people there for you.

Ive always known this as a major flaw for me and as many times as ive tried to improve its. Hard to say the least. I can tell what im doing wrong which sucks considering I know im both not trying to fix it and trying to?? Of that makes sense. Its common sense, what you're saying, and I know it to an extent, its just these episodes where I cannot believe any words at all. Im not trying to excuse my behavior because obviously this is not healthy and will only cause more hurt for myself and others, but yeah. Im sure one day itll finally click in my head but until then ill keep trying.
