CHARLIE CHOP-OFF

In 1972 to 1973 a divergent abduction of young African-American boys was occurred in New York City.According to murderpedia, the first victim was Douglas Owens, found at the rooftop with stabbed in different parts of his body and genital mutilated. Second was aunknown 10 year old black boy attacked at the upper part of the city, also he was stabbed in the neck and back. He was also genital mutilated and his penis was brought by the murderer. Third was Wendell Hubbard stabbed 17 times in the neck, back and abdomen, his penis was also removed. Fourth was LuizOtrtiz stabbed 38 times in the neck, chest and back, his penis was taken away and found at the basement of the apartment along in their route. Lastly was the death of Steven Cropper, he had not been stabbed instead the wounds from razor and slashes is the main cause of his death.

Because of the way of killing the victims the mass named the murderer as “Charlie Chopoof” who was known as Ernest Soto. The main cause of Ernest Soto problem was the separation from his wife and he discovers that his wife conceived a black child although they are both Puerto Ricans. He accepted the child not until the eight birthday of the child, Ernest Soto attitude become erratic and went wild so he was sent off to the Manhattan Mental Hospital.

On May 25, 1974, Ernest Soto was arrested and confessed the Croppers abduction but denied the Charlie Chopoff moniker.

The Oakland County Child Killer

             You’ll never know how strange the world can be or whatever jeopardy could happen because the world has developed its oddity as well as the way people live and thinks. Each and every person in this society spends their daily living in random ways. All the eyes were focused in criticism, judgments and imperfections of everyone. Children were now a day born to please each person around them, but what if one day your children’s will appear missing and their body were found floating in the middle of the cold snow dare to call out for your child’s justice and face this evil imitating human or just let your fear ate your integrity?

From the article of BuzzFeeD in the middle of the winter year 1996 and 1997 two different children of each year’s two of boys and girls were seized slaughtered in Michigan Country of Oakland. All the two boys were said to be raped and drowned and one of them was reported drowned assiduously cleaned. The authorities also added that one of the girls might also be abused and the other was submerged just like the other male victim.The four children were reportedly left lying in the snow with their arms crossed in their chest. The unknown killer might still be around, it can be any person you met or someone you just laid your eyes. Murderers are seen to be human, be aware because some times devil wears the skin of a normal person that can be anywhere.

THE SERVANT GIRL ANNIHILATOR

February 1886, a Saloon in Masontown in East Austin, was the scene of a violent and disturbing incident upon a young girl by a man in a drunken rage. The deep anger of a man forced to struggling girl from the saloon and dragged to a nearby house. The police officer John Bracken arrived on the scene and accompanied the saloon keeper and the neighbor to stop the man from killing the helpless girl. Bracken waited them to pull the man off the girl, but the man turned on them and brandished a knife. Bracken drew his pistol and fired back, his shot’s brought down the raging man. The man’s name was Nathan Elgin. There was no explanation about Elgin’s rage at the girl, named Julia. Bracken’s shot did not kill Elgin, but it did leave him paralyzed and mortally wounded; he died the following day. The autopsy revealed that Bracken’s bullet had lodged in Elgin’s spine which accounted to paralysis.  And doctor had also noticed another detail, that Elgin’s had a toe missing from his right foot.

During 1885 in Austin, Texas the victims were attacked in their bed as they slept, they were struck in the head with an axe and then carried into the yard where they were raped and mutilated. The investigation of the crimes the authorities had carefully noted the footprints, apart from general measurements of size and shape, the footprint left behind in the servant girl murders share a very distinct feature- that one of the footprints, the right one, only had four toes.

This fact never shared with the public or press during the course of 1885. The press complained about the secrecy, the murder inquests and argued all the details about the crimes in public. The authorities disagreed and kept certain details of the cases – details hoped would eventually identify the perpetrator and directly link to the crime scenes.

Rachael   Marie Runyan Murder Case By:Richard Balaoro

"Beware I'm Still At Large I Killed the Little Runyan Girl! Remember Beware!!!"

It is one of the unsolved mystery murder cases in the history involved the children that warns the parents to take care for their children when it plays outside their house.

On August 26th, 1982 a three year old girl Rachel Runyan was abducted by a black man driving a blue midsize car from the city playground 15 feet away from their house while she was playing with her two older brothers and her mother preparing lunch in the town of sunset, Utah. Rachael was easily trusted the unknown man approached them when it began to offers ice cream and bubble gum together with the group of kids. But only Rachael was the target and without warning he grabbed the innocent children and threw it into his car and move away. The older brothers of Rachael weren’t able to help her but they ran into their house and told their mother what happened because of the saddened moment, she hurriedly called police and the police began to search for Rachael.  

Rachael’s brothers are the primary witness of the incident because they able to give the physical description of a man that kidnapped their sister. They describe to the police that was a black man around 6 feet tall, tinny and mid to late 20’s or early 30’s that have moustache driving a blue mid-size car with distinct wood grain panels on the sides. Although they get the description of a man and his car and able to sketch his face the police weren’t saw signs and leads where is Rachael.

 Twenty-four days later on September 19th, 1982, Rachael naked and lifeless body was found near hang onto a creek off in isolated area in Morgan County which is twenty miles away from the playground. The case was seems unclear if Rachael was sexually assaulted, or if the police have reported the specific details about the crime. The police developed persons of interest but there was no suspect arrested until the case went cold that leaves devastated Rachael’s family.

Years later, a disturbing message was found in a bathroom of a local business. With notes;

"Beware I'm Still At Large I Killed the Little Runyan Girl! Remember Beware!!!"

The investigators intended that it was part of Satanic ritual or related to cult activity since the sinister note was accompanied of drawing inverted cross with the numbers 666.

 In 1989, Rachael’s unsolved case was shown in the television show Unsolved Mysteries when they did an episode about Rachael’s case to bring the attention once again to the case that it deserved. In the episode some alarming things were revealed to the audience. It includes the police theory that Rachael may have been kidnapped and murdered for the purpose of snuff film an additional clue was exposed in the episode it was the message note found in the bathroom business in the Sunset, Utah.

Until 2011 the police got a big break in the case of Rachael when the Top suspect was arrested in Pennsylvania. The suspect had taken his own five month old son without any permission after attacking his girlfriend but the child was found safe. The suspect looked almost identical to the description of Rachael’s brothers about the Black man suspect for Rachael’s case. He had lived in the Sunset, Utah area when the time of murder happened and his relative owned a car same with the description of Rachael’s abductors was seen. But the police said that there is not enough evidence to custody this man with Rachael’s case. Until now no one arrest responsible for the crime 35 years since Rachael Runyan’s case happened and until now the Rachael’s Family is waiting for justice.

Theodore Robert Bundy is one the notorious killer of all time. He killed at least 100 women, but he only confirmed his more than 50 murders.

Ted Bundy was first captured after police stopped him from speed violation. They noticed unnecessary items that they concluded he was a suspect of burglary. 

The investigation confirmed that Ted should be accused in attempted kidnapping.  The authorities also suspects Bundy that he is the man behind the killing spree that had been happening for more than a year. He then was also charged with the crime murder.

Bundy had escaped many times. Until one time, he managed to live in Florida and started going to collage at Florida State University under the name of Chris Hagen. He survived those times with all he needs using credit cards that he stole. There is where Bundy, again, started his murders. A witness saw what he did at the sorority house, everything the witness described and the mask she saw was found on Bundy’s car.

After a month, Bundy once again killed a 12-year-old girl named Kimberly. A witness saw Bundy at Kimberly’s school. When he got arrested, it was confirmed that he murdered someone at the sorority house and was was then arrested right away for the two killings.

Ted Bundy was finally sentenced to death after all those murders. It happened that Bundy had a wife and a daughter that turned their back on him for his wrong doings.

Before the execution, Bundy spent his night crying and praying. When his time came, he talked to his lawyer and Methodist minister to extend his love to his family and friends.

Two thousand volts of electricity surged through his body. As the machine turned off, the doctor checked over him for the last time.

The end of Ted Bundy’s life on the 24th of January 1989 was surrounded by chants outside, “Burn, Bundy, burn!”

Richard Leyva Muñoz Ramirez was known as serial killer of Los Angeles, California. A man with brown killer eyes that was like to serial killers.  This charming smile and appeal personality was ruined their hometown by terrorizing in the middle of the night. “Night Stalker” was name to him because he accused to be murdered 13 people, 2 kidnapped and 6 rapes. Upon the observation of authorities, he is considered as psychopath murder. He was notice to by seeking God before and resulting to pursuing Satan. 

 History

    Behind of this big smile, he was abused by his father before. His father was known as taking violence and applying to their family. He was born in El Paso Texas and last child of his family. This kind of abusing was resulted of head injuries and thirty stitches and at the age of five years old he was experiencing epileptic seizures. After traumatic reality he was able to escape and live in his cousin, Miguel and known as psychopath killer Vietnamese.

His cousin was convicted to kill woman and rape it for pleasure in Vietnam War. At the age of 11 years old, he was able to hear secrets from his cousin. The photographs of 7 heads murdered and raped woman in forest was shown to him. His cousin was demonstrating a tactics to live and kill in jungle by using knife. Lastly, his cousin was expressing real situation to Richard by murdering his own wife in front of him. Miguel took a gun to refrigerator and hit her wife to head. Richard seen a slow motion effect of lying down of the wife in the floor and continuously flowing the blood. As the murdered of Miguel was finally over, it was also the beginning of changing behavior of night stalker.

1975- A woman murdered, who found out tied and accused to intended raped.

1978- A woman who identify for repeated raped but not murdered.

April 19, 1984- A 9-year-old girl who known as Mei Leung was being wounded by stabbing and raped in San Francisco.

June 24, 1984- A 79-year-old woman, Glassel Park was found out lying on floor with deep slashed throat and stabbed her repeatedly. It was considered as being raped and murdered in Los Angeles.

February 21, 1985- A two woman who both murdered repeatedly, Christina, 58 years old and Mary Caldwell, 71 years old in Telegraph Hill.

March 17, 1985- A 22-year-old woman who survived by being shot of revolver, Maria Jernandez.  Dayle Yoshie Okazaki, 34-year-old was also being found out shot in forehead with the same gun. In Monterey Park. Tsia- Lian Yu, 30 years old was being shot in chest with the same gun.

March 20, 1985- A eight-year-old girl was raped in Eagle Rock.

March 27, 1985- Vincent Charles and Maxine Zazzara was both being shot while Maxine found out on left breast, a carved “T” and eyes was removed.

May 14, 1985- William Makato Doi and Lilian Doi murdered.

May 29,1985- Malvia Keller, 83-year-old beaten with a hammer, tortured, and raped only

Blanche Wolfe, 80-year-old beaten with a hammer and tortured; survived in Monrovia, Los Angeles

May 30,1985-: Ruth Wilson and her unnamed son, 41 attempted; raped and non-fatally slashed. Ruth's unnamed son tied up only in Burbank, Los Angeles

June 2, 1985-: Edgar Wildgans and Nancy Brien, 29 shot and Nancy Brien raped repeatedly in Cow Hollow, San Francisco

June 27,1985- An unnamed six-year-old girl raped only in Arcadia, Los Angeles

-June 27-28, 1985- Patty Elaine Higgins, 32-year-old sodomized and her throat slashed in Arcadia, Los Angeles

July 2, 1985- Mary Louise Cannon, 75-year-old beaten, bludgeoned with a lamp, stabbed repeatedly, and her throat slashed like the previous victim in Arcadia, Los Angeles.

July 5, 1985 Sierra Madre, Los Angeles: Whitney Bennett*, 16-year-old (beaten severely with a tire iron; survived)

July 7, 1985- Joyce Lucille Nelson, 61-year-old beaten and bludgeoned with a blunt object. Sophie Dickman, 63-year-old robbed and attempted to rape, but gave up as he couldn't maintain an erection in Monterey Park, Los Angeles:

Chitat Assawahem, 32-year-old shot. Sakima Assawahe m, 29-year-old beaten and forced to perform oral sex with him. William Carns, 30-year-old shot three times in the head; survived. Renata Gunther, 29-year-old raped repeatedly and left alive in Mission Viejo, Orange County.

 Death

    At the age of 53 years old, he was 58th inmate died on Friday of morning by natural causes at Marin General Hospital of San Francisco.

The Acid Bath Murderer

Bath tub and cold water is ideal for relaxation but someone turned this concept into a spine-chilling murder. One of the gruesome murders ever committed in history was done by a man from England named John George Haigh. He is a serial killer who murdered his victim and put them in a tub filled with sulphuric acid to dispose their bodies. That made him known as “Acid Bath Murderer”.

John George Haigh was born in Stamford, Lincolnshire and was raised by a highly religious family. His parents belonged to religious sect called Plymouth. Haigh spent his childhood locked up with in a 10 ft. fence created by his father. He was prohibited to have any social contact to outside world.

The Failed Marriage and Job

In 1934, Haigh married Beatrice Hammer whom he barely knew. Haigh was a person who doesn’t want to work for anyone else and want to gain profit without putting up so much effort and time so he resorted into forging documents but he was captured for his act. While behind the bars, his wife gave birth, sent the baby for adoption and left him.

After his release, he moved to London and bumped into William Mcswan, a wealthy man who owns an amusement park. The two went to 7A Gloucester Road where Haigh murdered Mcswan and put his body into a gallon of drum contained of concentrated sulphuric acid. He returned after few days and found out that the body was slurred. He then went to see Mcswan’s parents and told them that their son is hiding to avoid military services. He made them believed by sending them forged documents and letters. However, Mcswan’s parents became suspiscious because their son hadn’t returned even when the world war has already ended. Haigh killed them too by luring them to Gloucester Road and disposed their body through acid bath. He took all their money and properties and continued to execute his acid bath crime for financial gain.

Haigh’s last victim was Olive Durand-Deacon, a wealthy widow. Haigh told her that he is an engineer. Mrs. Deacon showed him artificial fingernails and asked him if he could modify and improve the product to be marketable. The two drove to Haigh’s workshop. There, he shot her I the head and took all her expensive belongings. He then put her body into a tub filled with sulphuric acid. A friend of Mrs. Deacon became worried for her absence and decided to report it to the police. Haigh accompanied her. Little did he know, the policewoman they happened to talked with was suspiscious of him from the start. Chelsea policemen checked Haigh’s record. They interrogated him and went to his workshop to investigate. They found three human gallstones form the scene.

Haigh’s motive for killing is for profit. As a killer, he aims to destroy all evidence for the crime he committed so he used sulphuric acid to turn the body into sludge. He thought he made a clean crime and that he would not be convicted because there is no body in the crime scene but further investigation found human composition. He also claimed to be insane but he was found guilty. He was sentenced to death and was hanged at Wandsworth Prison in London on August 10, 1949.

The Girl Had An Axe

Many of you may be familiar of this really creepy nursery rhyme:

"Lizzie Borden took an axe,

And gave her mother forty whacks;

When she saw what she had done,

She gave her father forty-one."

But did you know that this was inspired by a true story?

Lizzie Andrew Borden was born on July 19, 1860, in Fall River, Massachusetts to Sarah and Andrew Borden. Soon enough, Sarah Borden passed away. Andrew Borden remarried three years after, to Abby Durfee Gray. The family lived well. Andrew Borden was sufficiently effective in the fields of assembling and land advancement to help his better half and two daughters, Emma and Lizzie, and utilize workers to keep their home all together. Both Emma and Lizzie lived with their dad and stepmother into adulthood.

The connection between the Borden sisters and their stepmother, Abby Borden, was not close. They welcomed her as "Mrs. Borden" and stressed that Abby Borden's family looked to access their father's wealth. The family went to the Congregationalist Church, an organization in which Lizzie was especially teaching Sundays School.

On the morning of August 4, 1892, Andrew and Abby Borden were found dead. Lizzie Borden alarmed their maid, Bridget Sullivan, to her father's almost unrecognizable dead body. AndrewBorden was found dead on the couch. A search of the home prompted the revelation of the assortment of Abby Borden in an upstairs room. Like her husband other, Abby Borden was found face on the floor covered with her own pool of blood.

Policemen was called to the scene suspected Lizzie quickly, in spite of the fact that she was not arrested around then. Her sister, Emma, was visiting a friend at the time and was never a suspect. Amid the week between the killings and her capture, Lizzie burned a dress that she asserted was stained with paint. Prosecutors eventually alleged that the dress was stained with blood and that Lizzie burned it to conceal her crime.

Lizzie was put on trial on December 2, 1892. Her widely publicized trial began the following June in New Bedford. Borden did not take the stand in her own defense and her inquest testimony was not admitted into evidence. The testimony provided by others proved inconclusive. On June 20, 1893, Lizzie Borden was acquitted of the murders. No one else was ever charged with the crimes.

Lizzie and Emma Borden inherit a part of their father's wealth, which enabled them to buy another home together. The Borden sisters lived respectively for the next decade. Even if she was not guilty at court, Lizzie was viewed at fault by a considerable lot of her neighbors, and accordingly never delighted in acknowledgment in the group following her trial. Her notoriety was additionally discolored when she was blamed for shoplifting in 1897.

In 1905, Emma Borden unexpectedly moved out of the house that she imparted to her sister. The two never talked again. Emma may have been awkward with Lizzie's dear companionship with another lady, Nance O'Neil, in spite of the fact that her quiet on the issue has energized hypothesis that she adapted new insights about the killings of her dad and stepmother. Lizzie Borden died of pneumonia in Fall River, Massachusetts, on June 1, 1927. Emma Borden died days after in Newmarket, New Hampshire.

The Mysterious Zodiac Killer

Northern California were haunted in the late 1960s and early 1970s when a brutal serial killer murdered five people in California Bay Area and followed by a series of cryptic and mysterious notes sent by the killer for years disclosing his motivation for the killings and offering clues to future murder plots.

In 1969, the so-called "Zodiac Killer" sent a message to local newspapers. The San Francisco Examiner, San Francisco Chronicle, and Vallejo Times-Herald received an almost identical letter written by the Zodiac about his motive for his killings. According to an article of archives.fbi.gov, it is a three part coded message and a separated letter to the editor saying that his true identity was buried in a coded message. The deciphered message revealed his motive, but his identity remained a mystery around until this moment of time.

The Zodiac was officially connected to five murders and two attempted murders but he took responsibility and claimed killing as many as 37 people.

As far as one knows, the Zodiac killer's first victim was an 18-year-old college student who she stabbed to death. Though this murder is attributed to him, many experts believed that it was not committed by him. After the murder, a letter was received by a local newspaper that gave details about the crime and does not clearly define if it’s the first or the last. K

December 20, 1968

On a secluded spot located at Lake Hernan Road on Vallejo, California, 16 year old Betty Lou Jensen and 17 year old David Faraday were seen by witnesses in the front seat of Faraday's Rambler station wagon at around 10:15 to 11:00 p.m. and they didn't notice something unusual between the couple. 15 minutes later, the couple was discovered on the ground. Betty Lou was found dead with five gunshot wounds in the back while David was still breathing and had been shot at close range on the head, he died en route to the hospital.

July 4, 1969

A couple were parked at the Blue Rock Springs Golf Course four miles away from where Jensen and Faraday were gunned down, Darlene Elizabeth Ferrin,22, and Michael Renault Mageau, 19, were blocked by a car who pulled behind their car. Mageau thought that the man who got out of the car with a flashlight is a police officer. As the man approached the couple, he started shooting at them with nine-millimeter rounds causing both of them to be shot.

The man then turned to leave but as soon as he heard Mageau shout for help, he came back to shoot them again.

After the attack, three teens saw the couple and asked to get help. The couple was still alive when authorities came but Ferrin died before reaching the hospital. Mageau described the man as a short, heavyset white man, with a height about 5'8" and 195pounds.

At around 12:40 a.m, after the attack, Vallejo Police Department received an anonymous call from a male who reported the double murder. The call was made through a phone booth less than a mile from Ferrin's home and block away from the Police Department.

The man told police:

"I wish to report a double murder. If you will go one mile east on Columbus Parkway to a public park, you will find the kids in a brown car. They have been shot by a nine-millimeter Luger. I also killed those kids last year. Good-bye"

When the Zodiac Letters received by three local newspapers, in August 1, 1969, Friday, he demanded it to be published on the front page or else he would randomly kill dozens of people over the weekend. All three letters were signed with a crossed-circle symbol.

His demand was granted and authorities and citizens began to decipher the messages.

On August 4, 1969, a letter arrived to San Francisco Examiner addressed to the editor after authorities publicly stated that the messages were fake and doubt the authenticity of the letter.

The letter began with:

Dear Editor this is the Zodiac speaking...

This was the first time he called himself the Zodiac. The letter included the information that proves he was present during the murders and his identity was hidden on the ciphered message.

On August 8, 1969, a high school teacher and his wife cracked the 408-symbol cipher. Though the last 18 letters could not be decoded, the message read as:

I LIKE KILLING PEOPLE BECAUSE IT IS SO MUCH FUN IT IS MORE FUN THAN KILLING WILD GAME IN THE FORREST BECAUSE MAN IS THE MOST DANGEROUE ANAMAL OF ALL TO KILL SOMETHING GIVES ME THE MOST THRILLING EXPERENCE IT IS EVEN BETTER THAN GETTING YOUR ROCKS OFF WITH A GIRL THE BEST PART OF IT IS THAE WHEN I DIE I WILL BE REBORN IN PARADICE AND THEI HAVE KILLED WILL BECOME MY SLAVES I WILL NOT GIVE YOU MY NAME BECAUSE YOU WILL TRY TO SLOI DOWN OR ATOP MY COLLECTIOG OF SLAVES FOR MY AFTERLIFE EBEORIETEMETHHPITI.

It was a disappointment to the authorities because the message did not contain the killer’s true identity, but, some believed that when te last 18 letters rearranged and three more letters were added, it spelled as "Robert Emmet the Hippie."

Weeks later, another couple was stabbed at Lake Berryessa. Cecilia Shepard died after several stab wounds while her partner, Bryan Hartnell survived the attack. Bryan describes their shooter as a man wearing a black squared hood with crossed-circle symbol through the chest. The Zodiac himself left a proof that the attack was his doing. He wrote by on Bryan’s car using a black marker, “Sept 27 69 6:30 by knife.”

The Zodiac sent a letter together with a blood stained shirt from his victim, a cab driver who had been shot in the head. The letter says: “School children make nice targets I think I shall wipe out a school bus some morning just shoot out the frunt tire + pick off the kiddies as they come bouncing out.” The letter forced police to follow all school bus for the students’ safety.

The attacks made by the Zodiac Killer became the subject of extreme investigation for the authorities because of his mysterious letters and phone calls saying his motivations in killing and why he did it. And as time goes by, more victims appeared and more letters were received saying his wants and demands but authorities never captured him. There are no possible leads and suspects so this resulted to an unsolved murder back in the sixties’ which means it could possibly be unsolved forever and justice for the victims and their families will never be served.

The Monster with 21 Faces Terrorized Japan

In the mid-year in 1980’s, “The Monster with 21 faces” attracted the attention of the people and also, the officers. The criminal(s) was never caught.

In the year of 1884, two masked men kidnapped a businessman and CEO of candy manufacturer named Glico, Katsuhisa Ezaki. Ezaki was taken to his own warehouse and give a ransom demand for 1 billion yen to his safe return. Unfortunately, before the ransom give to the kidnappers, Ezaki escaped.

Few days after the kidnapping incident, Glico headquarters were torched and the area was destroyed. The authorities stepped up their investigations to find the person or persons responsible for the crimes that suspected targeting Glico and its employees.

In May of the same year, Glico received a threatening letter signed by “The Monster with 21 Faces” saying that the packages of Glico candies had poisoned with cyanide. After some discussion it was decided that all Glico candies have to be pulled from grocery stores throughout Japan. This was resulted in a profit loss of more than $20 million and caused more than 400 workers to be laid off.

The police had few leads about the incident because of some videos captured by camera seeing the two suspicious men that putting mysteriously in Glico shelves.

As time went on, the Monster give the letter-writing campaign to include the media, the letter saying:

“Dear stupid police officers. Don’t lie. All crimes begin with a lie as we say in Japan. Don’t you know that?…. You seem to be at a loss….”

Monster with 21 Faces

The authorities continue to search the men(s) behind this incident using the few clues that they have. In that month, the monster that he/they will stop his/they activities exchange for 50 million yen. The money has to be thrown in the train to Kyoto. The money was gathered and an undercover policeman boarded the train and looked for the flag where the culprit(s) said. The white flag didn’t catch but theirs suspicious men’s passenger acting strangely.

In October of 1884, the monster sent a message to the media saying that they’re only in Japan. In it, the monster said that they put poisoned to 20 packages in all of candies in candy store in Japan.

In January of 1985, based on the previous store video footage and a description of the man on the Kyoto train, the police issued a wanted poster but nobody came forward to identify the suspect.

Time goes by, but the monster(s) never caught. The cased was closed without any idea that is/are the person(s) behind this incident in 1880’s.

Hwaseong serial murders

Hwaseong serial murder case is one of the cold case in South Korea that until now the culprit is still unknown. Hwaseong killings happened in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province. Police officers think that the killer is a pyschopath because of the way he killed all of his victims. He had no mercy in killing them and he killed them like he is thinking that they are some kind of insect. 

Hwaseong serial victims are women ages from 14-71 years old all of them were found raped and murder in the month of September 15. 1986 up to April 3, 1991. The way they killed were all the same, they gagged, raped and strangled to death using the victim’s pantyhose or socks. The forensic team investigates the evidences they got from the crime scenes and they come up with the identity of the killer. The result led them with the man in his late 20s to early 30s, about 164 and weighing between 165-170 pounds. After they got the details about the culprit,the police officers involved spent almost two million man on the case until they end up with the total of 21,280 individuals as their suspects. Sadly, with the huge number of suspects they still didn’t identify the real killer. In South Korea the statue of limitation for a murder is only 15 years, In July, 2015 the Hwaseong murder case was lifted by the National Assembly because it reached the 15 years limitation. Even if they find the killer behind this killings, the culprit is free from charges of his work.

Indeed, Hwaseong serial murder has a big part of the history in South Korea. They even make a drama inspired in this killings to remind the people  about their past and to remind them that the culprit is possibly roaming around in the streets of South Korea waiting for a moment to make his move again.

TSUTOMO MIYAZAKI: A blood sucker Man serial child Killer

Tsutomo Miyazaki is a Japanese creepy guy killer who is next to Issei Sagawa evil deed. A man who has mental disorder, pedophile with cannibalism behavior and appealing of vampirism because of drinking blood and preserving the body parts of his victims.

Miyazaki from August 1988 to June 1989 murdered the four (4) young girls in Tokyo and Saitama prefecture with the same immoral way of killings. His crime has been notorious because of his cases and defects on his behavior. Miyazaki was a loner man because of his childhood history and born premature with the weight of 5 pounds with deformed hands.

Miyazaki’s creepy life starts when his grandmother died in the year of 1988 and he turned into odd on his behavior. He ate his grandmother ashes and it’s growing until his ill became worst because of depression.

In August 22, 1988, a four-year-old girl named Mari Konno was the first victim of Miyazaki. Konno was lost after disappear from her friend’s house. Miyazaki kidnapped Konno using his black Nissan and drove to wooded area of Tokyo and he killed Konno brutally. He cut the hand and feet of Konno and placed into a box.

The next attack was October 3, 1988. A seven-year-old girl named Masami Yoshizawa a second victim of Miyazaki. He kidnapped Yoshizawa same as to Konno and took her in the same place where Konno murdered. He killed her brutally, cut off the hands and feet of Yoshizawa and left the body from a distance of Konno’s bones.

Miyazaki’s third victim on December 12, 1988 a four-year-old girl named Erika Namba. He took her inside of his car and drove in Youth Nature House Parking lot on Naguri, Saitama. Miyazaki asked Namba to remove her clothes while he took her a picture before he killed the girl. Around 7pm, Namba was dead and took off her Body in wooded area.

His last victim on June 6, 1989, a five-year-old girl named AyakoNomoto.Nomoto was also brutally killed same as with the three victims of Miyazaki but she is the worst.Miyazaki saw Nomoto in park alone and asked her to take him a picture inside of his car and the girl agreed to his offer. After the girl agreed to him without any noise he puched and kicked the girl until she died. When he found out that Nomoto was breathless, he wrapped a chord around the hands of a girl and the duct tape placed a cross to her mouth. He wrapped the lifeless body of a young girl and throws it in the trunk. The various parts of Nomoto’s scattered body, Miyazaki was cooked and ate.

On July 23 1989, Miyazaki took the police in his house with Nomoto’s father. While Miyazaki eating, police found out that some parts of Nomoto’s body was cooked and ate by Miyazaki. He jailed in a long years, He executed and by thhe month of June 17 2008 he was hanged. The notorious serial child killer was one of the most noted men in press with a big named in all cases.

Issei Sagawa: The Godfather of cannibalism

                     On June 11, 1981, a Dutch woman named Renee Hartevelt was murdered, raped, and cannibalized by a Japanese citizen, Issei Sagawa. The crime has been discussed all over the world especially in France and Japan.

                       Issei Sagawa was a premature baby. His mother was almost died when it gives birth to him. Sagawa's family in Japan is wealthy. His father, Akira Sagawa, was the president of Kurita water industries in Tokyo. Since when he was young, his obsession in cannibalism was started. She loves women who are tall, white, and have a blonde hair. Before Hartevelt, Sagawa first attempted to kill and cannibalize his teacher in German literature. According to him, he forced himself to enter into her teacher's house and found it asleep. At that time he was looking for a possible thing that he could use to his plan. But the teacher suddenly woke up and screamed for help from neighbors. His obsession turn to be dangerous and deadly. He was a well-known cannibal around the world. The people called him as the "Godfather of cannibalism."

                       When Sagawa was given a chance to study French literature, he immediately went to Paris. He was enrolled at the Sorbonne academy in Paris, France. And there he met the dutch national Renee Hartevelt. Hartevelt is his classmate and a close friend. One night he invited her to his apartment for a simple Japanese dinner and the woman was gladly accepted Sagawa's offer. On the first time, Hartevelt returned to her home safety. Based on his confession Isagawa said, "After she leaves I can still smell her body on the bed sheet where she sat reading the poem, I lick the chopsticks and dishes she used. My passion is so great. I want to eat her. If I do she will be mine forever." It is very clear that from the beginning his only desire is to eat the woman which became a good friend to him. On the second time, he invited her again, but this time he set-up his friend to accomplish his motive or intention. While Hartevelt was recording a german poem, Sagawa took his small-caliber rifle in his drawer and shot her behind.

                       After he shot Hartevelt, he began to remove the clothes and eat the other flesh of woman's body. When he reached the private part he raped it. According to Sagawa, his favorite part is the thighs and hips because for him it is very tender and delicious. After two days, he finished eating, cooking and chopping Hartevelt's entire body but some of the flesh was put into refrigerator. He was not yet happy and was able to use his hand to pleasure himself. He said in his confession, "I use her hand to masturbate."

                        When he observed that it was already smell stingy, by using a hatchet, he chopped the whole body of the victim to fit in two suitcase. Then he went outside and call a cab. The driver doubted because when he carried the suitcase it was very heavy. They went to Bois de Boulogne, it is a public park in Paris. From there, they set aside the two suitcase.

                       Cannibalism or the consumption of flesh by another individual is an existing practice by different cultures as ritual. For example, the Aztecs in Mexico. They ate people every year believing that when they do it, they will receive a blessing from their Gods. But in the case of Sagawa, he wants to cannibalize someone else because of severe obsession and aggressive eroticism.

                       Two days after the crime, he was arrested. When police came at his house together with a search warrant, Sagawa welcomed and let them in. According to French metropolitan police report, they saw other parts somewhere on his house while the internal organs were inside the refrigerator.

                       Issei Sagawa was held in French prison for two years while waiting for a trial process. His father get a top and well known lawyer to handle the case of his son. After being held of two years, the French judge Jean-Louis Bruguires found that Isagawa was legally insane and cannot stand and defend himself for a trial. So, the court decided to held him in a mental institution.

                       Insanity defense or mental disorder defense is a crime defense given to a person that suffer in mental problem. It is use as an excuse in criminal case arguing that the suspect is not responsible on his action. Insanity defense was used in Sagawa's crime case.

                       In year 1984, French authorities deported him back on his native land. His father brought him in Japan's Matsuzawa Psychiatric Hospital. While he was in mental institution, Sagawa wrote a novel entitled "In the fog." This novel is all about the murder he would done to Hartevelt. His novel become bestseller that mades him to be a celebrity cannibal. When psychologists examined him, they said that he is not insane but a totally evil. August 12, 1986, when he was released out in the mental institution.

                       Japanese authorities wants to continue his case but they said that it is impossible to hold him again because they lacked of important papers on his case. Unfortunately, the French authorities would not release the legal documents to Japan. They said that the case was already closed. And it was against on their justice system if they going to send the evidence and the testimony.

His crime become the way to receive attention from the media and people. He writes for newspaper columns, books, novels, mangas and anthology about cannibalism. He became a food critic enthusiast in different restaurants for a magazine feature. He was a lecturer in University. He was appeared in cooking show and become a guest in some Japanese talk show. And also he was became part in the movie entitled "Unfaithful wife: Shameful torture." It is a low-budget porno movie where in his role is pretended to cannibalize a woman.

                       Hartevelt's and her family needs justice but they never received it. Since then, the perception of crime would reverse. Issei Sagawa's committed crime tells that murder, raping, and cannibalizing someone does not a big deal. The worst he is proud telling to the people on television what he has done. Unfortunately, people are happy and inspire to him instead of become alarming.

                       Today, Sagawa is already 69 years old and still walking around in the street of Japan. But his celebrity status has been declined and some people stay away from him whenever they see him in the street. He said that he has still a desire to rape and eat a human flesh. It is better if the people will learn to weight the right and wrong. Such crime is not a joke so do not tolerate and sensationalized the suspect. If it has a mental problem, guide them and enlighten their mind.

44 DAYS OF HELL: THE JUNKO FURUTA MURDER STORY

Junko Furuta was a 16 year old Japanese girl who suffers in 44 days of rape and torture before dying on November 22, 1989. The cased of a high school girl been known throughout Japan. The murdered teenager Junko Furuta drew nationwide attention because of the brutality that endured before death found her.

Junko Furuta is a high school student in Misato, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. Most of the students recognized her because of her good looking face and active teenager. By the description of her family and friends, Junko is a good girl that dind’t smoke, did not drink alcohol and did not do drugs which was seen as very uncool in the eyes of more gangster like teens.

One of them – Hiroshi Miyano, many people said that he had a crush on her but not looking for a relationship, Junko Furuta turned him down that made him pissed.

On November 25, 1988, Junko Furuta was kidnapped by 4 teenage boys including Miyano. The boys took Junko Furuta to the house owned by the parents of one of the kidnappers in the Ayase district of Adachi, Tokyo.

Junko was reportedly missing by her parent that’s why the kidnapers forced the girl to call her parents and tell them that she’s fine and she’s safe with a friend. Junko was also forced to pretend that to be one of the boys’ girlfriend.

During the 44 days, Junko Furuta was forced to stand unspeakable suffering. What she went through before murder included:

- Was humiliated by being kept naked most of the time

- Was raped every day in both vagina and anus. More than 100 men are believed to have raped her – the captor with Yakuza connections is said to have invited other Yakuza members to have a go at a 16 year old. She’s estimated to have gone through about 500 rapes. At one point she was raped by 12 different men in one day. Endured physical beatings included hits with golf clubs and bashing of face against cement floor.

- Had various objects forced into her vagina and anus, including a bottle, an iron bar, scissors, roasting needles, grilled chicker skewers, etc.

- Was forced to eat live cockroaches and drink her own urine

- Had fireworks forced up her ass and set them off, causing serious burns

- Had her left nipple ripped off with pliers

- Had dumbbells dropped on her stomach while laid on the floor with hands and feet tied up – this resulted in loss of bowel control

- Was hanged from the ceiling and used as boxing bag

- Was kept in a freezer for several hours

-Had eye lids burned with hot wax and lighters

- Had breasts pierced with sewing needles

- Had her vagina and clitoris burnt with cigarettes and lighters

- While she was only one quarter through her ordeal, owing to ongoing beatings, Junko Furuta was unable to breathe through her nose due to accumulation of blood in her cavities. At one point, when the attackers were resting after drinking, she tried to call the police but was caught and punished by having her feet set on fire with burning lighter fluid. On 44 days of being tortured, beaten and raped, Junko Furuta begged the boys to just kill her, they didn’t grant her that favor. Instead, on January 4, 1989, they challenged her to a game of Mahjong solitaire. She won and that pissed the boys off so they treated her to a beating with an iron barbell and fire by setting her legs, arms, face and stomach alight after pouring lighter fluid on them. Being already badly beaten, dehydrated and malnutritioned, Junko Furuta fell into a shock and died the following day.

The murderers stuffed the dead girl’s body in a 55-gallon drum filled with concrete and disposed of it in Koto, Tokyo.

“Possible war crimes in Syria’s Ghouta”

Possible war crimes may be constituted due to Syrian Government airstrikes on Syrian enclave of Eastern Ghouta and the bombings from the rebel-held zone into Damascus according to the top U.N. human rights official.

Major offensives of Syrian war in an area of besieged towns and farms in the last major rebel-held region near the capital are one of the deadliest, airstrikes and bombings performed by the Syrian government over 12 days in Eastern Ghouta killed hundreds of people including civilians.

“Despite this rare example of unanimity, civilians in Eastern Ghouta have reported that air strikes and shelling continue,” Zeid Ra’ad al-Hussein, Geneva rights forum.

“Once again, I must emphasize that what we are seeing, in eastern Ghouta and elsewhere in Syria, are likely war crimes, and potentially crimes against humanity. Civilians are being pounded into submission or death.”

Zeid repeated his call for the situation in Syria to be referred to the International Criminal Court, adding: “Attempts to thwart justice and shield these criminals are disgraceful.”

Russia, an ally of Syria blocked past efforts in the U.N. Security Council to refer the situation to the Hague-based ICC.

Syria’s ambassador in Geneva, Hussam Aala said that the debate was politicized and that Zeid was biased and selective in his statements. He said while he was referring to the insurgents in Eastern Ghouta that the Syrian army had taken every step to protect those civilians and had opened “humanitarian corridors for the passage of civilians to separate them from the terrorists.”

Britain presented a resolution that condemns all the violations and are calling on U.N. war crimes investigators.

“We propose condemning all terrorist acts in Syria including in eastern Ghouta,” a Russian diplomat told the talks. “In the last week of February the terrorists fired more than 200 shells on residential areas of the Syrian capital. There were victims including women and children.”

Boston Marathon Bombing

In 2013, a marathon event in Boston Massachusetts was filled with chaos and terror as two bombs exploded near at the finish line of the said event.

On the afternoon of  15th of April in that year, which was a Monday, three participants of the marathon were killed by the explosion while there were 264 others wounded.

The youngest victim is an eight year old named Martin Richard who was a student in Boston. A 29 year old resident of Medford, Massachusetts named Krystle Campbell, and a Chinese woman who was taking up her Graduate Studies at the Boston University named Lingzi Lu were also among the three who died during the event.

The perpetrators of this dreadful and violent crime were identified by the officials on April 18 in 2013, they are two brothers responsible for committing the explosion naming them as Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26 years of age who was killed in a gunfight while driving and being followed by the police, and Dzhokhar, a 19 year old who was caught later by the officials and was sentenced to death.

The two suspects are immigrants in the United States and really originated from Russia.

Aside from the three deaths which occurred in the marathon, the culprits killed by gunshot a police officer named Sean Collier inside the campus of Massachusetts Institute of Technology three days after the crime in the marathon happened.

The officials traced  the evidence used for doing the crime. According to an article published in the website of CNN, two bombs were found in the crime scene which consisted of BB-like pellets and nails.

The jury in May 15, 2015 had the remaining alive suspect sentenced to death penalty and in the following month on June 24 of the same year, a court decision is finally made to put him into death punishment.

In 2016, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was given an order to give an amount of $101 million for the damages and it will served as a compensation to the loss of the family members affected in the crime and according to the article in CNN, the court denied Tsarnaev’s request of retrial.
