Meet Blaine Anderson, the sixteen year old sophomore who identifies as gay at William McKinley High School that looks a lot like Darren Criss and is taken. He is also single.
BIO:
Blaine Anderson has the kind of money that is only seen in the upper echelons of popularity at McKinley. His father is a state senator. His mother (Pamela Anderson) was Miss Ohio 1981. His older brother is character actor Cooper Anderson, but you’ll find that out over his dead body. But any rich kid will tell you that the bigger the house is, the more it echoes. His mother loves him, but her social calendar is packed. His father… they’ve been growing apart after recent events.
Blaine has a wide array of interests. He likes singing, dancing, and acting. He likes puppetry. He likes piano. He’s been learning Welsh. He loves superheroes. And he likes men. The trouble is that people lately have been focusing on the last one. His method of coming out had been going to the Sadie Hawkins dance with a guy that he really liked. The first… and simultaneously second guy in the history of his school to come out. And after the dance, there was a guy who didn’t take too kindly to that and decided to pick a fight. Blaine was the only one who walked away.
So now he’s at McKinley. He hasn’t said a word to his father since that night, but that might be a little more Blaine avoiding him than the other way around. And he’s vowed at McKinley to just walk in the door out and proud, because he knows now that he can handle the consequences.
SECRET:
Transferred to McKinley after he was expelled from his old school for a fight that didn’t end well.
