Rico Nasty’s Response to the Playboi Carti Fans from the King Vamp Tour

Maria-Cecilia Simone Kelly or what most people know her as, Rico Nasty, has come to a breaking point with the tour life. Rico Nasty is an American rapper and singer from Maryland, most known for her song “Smack a B*tch.” She has currently been on tour, opening for Playboi Carti’s King Vamp Tour. However, things have not been going well for her as she was boo’d by Carti fans at one venue and even had a water bottle thrown at her at another. Rico Nasty took to Twitter to express her feelings and it is honestly heartbreaking to read. In two very concerning, now deleted tweets she wrote: “Y’all win *with the trophy emoji*. I wish I was dead just as much as y’all do.” As a fan of Rico Nasty, I just have to ‘say screw the haters and keep doing you.’

Virgil Abloh Passed Away Due to a Private Cancer Battle

My deepest condolences to the friends and family of designer genius, Virgil Abloh, who passed away today from a private cancer fight. Abloh impacted many lives through his work, receiving many responses from celebrities such as Kim Kardashian and Soulja Boy. Abloh was most notably known for being the artist director for Louis Vuitton menswear and also for finding the label Off-White. LVMH posted a tweet that included words from their CEO, Bernard Arnault: “We are all shocked after this terrible news. Virgil was not only a genius designer, a visionary, he was also a man with a beautiful soul and great wisdom. The LVMH family joins me in this moment of great sorrow, and we are all thinking of his loved ones after the passing of their husband, their father, their brother or their friend."

Isaiah Stewart Goes on a Rampage in Tonight’s Game vs the Lakers

In tonight’s game with the Los Angeles Lakers taking on the Detroit Pistons, Pistons’ player Isaiah Stewart goes on a rampage after being victim to a flagrant 2 foul by Lakers’ player Lebron James. At the free throw line, James and Stewart were battling it out to attempt to box each other out to get the rebound. However, things got out of hand as James turns around and “accidentally” hits Stewart in the face causing a stream of blood to flow out. Now after watching the video it did not look very accidental to me as even others argue the same point. After the incident occurred, Stewart looked for revenge as he immediately got in James’ face and even after being held back multiple times, still charged and took aim in getting back at even other players from the opposing team.

Young Dolph Murdered

It is heartbreaking to write that on November 17th, American rapper Adolph Thornton Jr, formally known as Young Dolph was shot and killed inside Makeda’s Homemade Butter Cookies. Dying at the young age of 36, Young Dolph had a very successful career not only in the music industry but by also giving back to the community through charity efforts. Now this is not the first shooting that Young Dolph has been the victim of. In February of 2017, while in his SUV in Memphis, he was shot at more than 100 times. Fortunately, his SUV’s bulletproof windows saved his life. My thoughts and prayers go out to his friends and family.

Paris Hilton is finally married!

On November 11, 2021 at the former Bel-Air estate, reality TV star and entrepreneur Paris Hilton married venture capitalist Carter Reum. Now the couple have been friends for over 15 years but it wasn’t until at a get-together for Thanksgiving in 2019 that the two started a relationship. Reum proposed to Hilton on a private island where they were having a joint birthday celebration. During their supposed beach photoshoot, Reum got on one knee and popped the question. The wedding was very chic and elegant as we expected nothing less from Paris Hilton. From an emerald cut diamond to a dress created by Oscar de la Renta designers it looked like every little girl’s dream wedding. Congrats to the newlyweds!

SZA puts a holt on her concert after a concert-goer passes out

In Salt Lake City this past Thursday at the Union Event Center, performer, SZA  brought her show to a holt when she noticed a fan had passed out in her crowd. SZA was also a performer at the Astroworld Festival before Travis Scott’s performance that ended with 9 concert-goers dead. Videos from the concert in SLC have surfaced the internet and in them you can hear SZA distraught as medic is taking a while to get to the person who passed out. She made sure nothing was going to turn fatal at her concert as she did not continue the show until the matter was taken care of. This a clear step towards the right direction as the terrible incident at Astroworld should be an example for more events to come.

Are Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian an Item?

If you did not know already, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are apparently getting a divorce. However, on the most recent episode of Revolt TV’s “Drink Champs” podcast, Kanye West said he has never even seen divorce papers. No matter the fact, Kim has clearly moved on from West as the new tea is that supposedly Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are now talking, maybe even dating. It was made aware after a photo surfaced of them holding hands on a ride at Knott’s Scary Farm. To make things seem even more real, Pete Davidson took Kim on a private date at Campania where they were apparently being very affectionate. Whatever the case may be, I am all for “Pim.”

Astroworld 2021: 8 Deaths and Over 300 Injured

On November 5 in Houston, Texas at the well-known music festival, Astroworld, things took a turn for the worst. With around 50,000 people at the festival, 8 ended up dead and over 300 people were injured. There were huge mosh pits that had people be trampled on and crushed and many people passing out. There are many videos surfacing the internet ranging from 2 kids yelling for help on a camera crew stage as they have noticed someone dead to emergency vehicles being ambushed as they are trying to get to those who have passed out assistance. Travis Scott who is performing at the time notices many of this incidents but still performed. He claims that he did not know the extent of what was going on. The theory of those who died is that some deranged festival goer was drugging people without them knowing. No matter the reason, my prayers go out to those 8 people, ages ranging from 14 to 26. Travis Scott must be held responsible.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker Engaged!

If you are not aware by now, Kourtney Kardashian is engaged for the first time ever to Blink-182 drummer, Travis Barker. Barker got on bended knee on October 17 and proposed to Kourtney on a beach in Montecito where he arranged a beautiful display of rose flowers and candles. Kourtney was clearly excited and eager to say “yes” as she was pictured jumping onto Barker and wrapping her legs around him for a hug and a kiss. Once married, the couple will be sharing six kids in total as Kourtney has three kids with her ex Scott Disick and Barker has three kids (including a step-daughter) with Shanna Moakler.

Kal Penn tells the public he is gay and engaged in his new book, “You Can’t Be Serious.”

Actor and former White House staff member for Barack Obama, Kal Penn, recently made a book called “You Can’t Be Serious.” If you are still unaware of who Kal Penn is, he is most notably known for playing Lawrence Kutner in the TV series called House and Kumar Patel in the movie series Harold and Kumar. In this book, Penn dropped two pieces of information that shocked the world. Penn came out of the closet and announced he is gay, but on top of that he is engaged to some guy named Josh whom he has been dating for 11 years.

Alec Baldwin’s on Set Prop Gun Accident Leaves One Dead and One Wounded

October 21, 2021: In northern New Mexico, on the set for the upcoming movie “Rust,” Alec Baldwin was handed a prop gun for his outlaw character. There were three guns put on a cart by the armorer and an assistant director picked up one to give to Baldwin. To further emphasize the “safety” of the prop gun, it was yelled aloud “cold gun” which means that the gun did not contain any live rounds. Unfortunately, the gun was hot so upon firing it, Baldwin hit and wounded the 48 year old movie’s director, Joel Souza and killed 42 year old cinematographer, Halyna Hutchins.

Boosie Badazz Goes on Another Homophobic Rant, Now Targeting Lil Nas X

After Lil Nas X went on Instagram live and shared with his fans that he was doing a musical collab with Boosie Badazz, Boosie took it upon himself to shut the Lil Nas X’s trolling down. Boosie goes on to tweet: “STOP TROLLING ME F—– LOL!! U A WHOLE B—- PLAYING WITH A GANGSTA SMH U CAN KEEP SUCKING D— N GETTIN F—ED N YOUR A– N PEACE N #uhateyourself I WOULD TOO IF I WAS YOU LOL NASx IF YOU #commitsuicide YOU WOULD DO THIS WORLD A HUGE FAVOR NOBODY WANTS U HERE.” This is not the first time Boosie has shared his homophobic beliefs with the world but it is definitely the worst he has gone public with.
