Remembering that time I showed my mother Persona 3 Reload, and I had to vehemently explain that, no, Yukari isn’t trying to kill herself, she’s trying to summon her guardian spirit manifested from her inner self.

Made some coffee using coffee. Coffee squared, I call it. I can’t sleep. My chest hurts. I can see sounds. Time is slowing down. I see the spirits in my room. House MD is now extremely funny. I can do my chemistry work like a pro. I don’t think I’ll ever do this again. I feel like I’m about to explode, like that one scene in Daybreakers. My feet tingle. My chin is numb. Never do this. It can wake the fucking dead.

So, I’m a huge Linux nerd, right? I have an old laptop that I use for Linux stuff.

I spent a couple of hours last night setting up a Gentoo install, and I did pretty well. When I went to reboot, it didn’t boot into Gentoo.

You know why?

I forgot to install the bootloader.

I wasted several hours on Gentoo just to make the most rookie mistake possible.

So I just installed Arch using the script that comes with it.

Sometimes Linux sucks, man.

Perhaps, but I’m not very experienced with chrooting. I decided it was too much effort to try and learn how, when I already knew how to install Arch from the archinstall script. Besides, I was tired, and I would be busy the next day, lol.

Still though, I wanna properly try Gentoo one day. I don’t know when that day is, but one day.
