My idea about Wally’s living place in Titans Rebirth: When Linda doesn’t recognize him and he have told Barry he’s not ready yet to meet Iris, there’s one place when he can live after he’s almost erased from the world.

I give 80% for this to happen in comics. I really don’t see the other way.
