8. How does your character feel about religion?

Considering religion is all around him, not to mention he is a direct part of it, he doesn’t entirely care. If anyone wishes to worship him, a sibling, or even his father, he sees it more as fear than respect. But he also sees it as humans holding hope due to an otherworldly being existing above them. He finds humans and their hold on hope fascinating.

Either way, back in the day, he found it entertaining to see people worship him when he took up the name “Loki”. That was fun.

44. How badly do they want to obtain their life objectives? How do they pursue them?

A tricky question for Mephisto, honestly. While his objectives side with humans, he has no problem staying out of situations to see how terrible they can go. His only desires are those going against the biggest threat to him and Assiah: the Bright Future Foundation, also known as the Illuminati. In that, he takes no prisoners. Every little detail is laid out for those to find (Lewin Light, Yukio Okumura, etc.), and eventually he knows his plan will come into place. He has confidence in the future turning out well.

45. Is your character pragmatic? Think first? Responsible? All action? A visionary? Passionate? Quixotic?

Yes, yes, sorta, kinda, eh, YES, and sometimes. He may not look it, but Mephisto is more morally grey than a bad person. He may have “good” traits, but he uses them to his advantage. Still, he’s not a fan of death, especially unnecessary ones. His motives are to save Assiah, but it can’t all be serious and dull. No one can really change the way he does his shit.

Mephisto is 6′5″ (195 cm), 165 lbs (74 kg), has a tail, and is deathly pale, honestly. His human vessel is well over 200 years old, and considering humans should not live that long, the body is decaying. Mephisto uses his time manipulation to specifically reverse time on his body. Unfortunately, during a period of time, he had to also use those abilities on a barrier to keep demons out of a certain area, which put his own body on the line. While he can survive a bullet to the head, it puts him in bedrest for a day.

Despite seeing the rest of himself appear handsome, Mephisto hates his skin. Not in a depressive, dysphoric way, just the way that someone might react to an ugly dog. He merely sees it as an inconvenience.

It’s not common to see Mephisto with his hat off, but when he does, you can clearly see one of the most outrageous ahoges ever. Estimated to be over two feet, this purple ahoge curls just enough to fit under his hat. It’s stupid and he likes it that way. Don’t pull it out or he will get mad.
