I really think we should stop saying "kid-friendly" and start saying "ad-friendly". We shouldn't indulge these companies and their excuses anymore. I also think that continuing to pretend that this is about "protecting the children" pushes a lot of the blame onto kids and teens, who don't have the political power to push through any of this censorship legislature. Corporations and governments are to blame.

spontaneous opinion, the bench trio is the whole “I’m not the third wheel, I’m the fucking bike” thing in the sense that none of them can keep one-on-one relationships alive with each other without their third.

Tommy and Tubbo? Too much history, too much guilt and not enough open-mindedness. Ranboo is their mediator, their comfort, their buffer.

Tubbo and Ranboo? They’re married, and most would say they got married for the wrong reasons. They can normally get along, but it’s all too easy for problems to fester when one has a bleeding heart (Ranboo) and one has a heart of stone (Tubbo). Tommy knocks some sense into them every once in a while, or provides a distraction, or on the very rare occasion (it happens a lot actually), locks them in a room together and won’t let them out until they’ve made up.

Tommy and Ranboo? Normally they’re probably the smoothest relationship in the trio, but even that makes it hard. Ranboo keeps reaching for Tommy, trying to help him, and Tommy is convinced he doesn’t deserve it. Tommy tries to get Ranboo to talk, to be a “bother” as he puts it, and Ranboo deflects every chance he gets because someone else needs it more. Tubbo, like the lovely friend he is, drags them both back from the deep end, literally more than figuratively.

I love your warriors au with splitting up the 3 amongst the other clans but I do have a question about it. Did you mean to make Hollyhawk's name sound like hollyhock? Like the flower?

Yes! Hollyhawk’s name is sort of an allusion to Hawkfrost (because of a plot point I imagine), but I also just really love warrior names that sound like other words, I wanted to give her a name that felt very fitting and a little bit regal.
