could you explain how you give clothes so much volume/life?? i suck rly bad at drawing clothes w/o them looking like body paint or just draped over-- the way you do it gives it a lot of dimension and believability. also any tips on how to draw the same outfit in twisted poses?? (turning at the hip, bending over, etc) THANK U I LOVE UR ART SFM!!!

notice the tension of the cloth on the figure on the top right. it twists to the figures direction.

imagine the concept of alcohol.

An alien sees a pack of humans all drinking from a similar looking bottle.

Borque the alien: Human Zack, what are you all drinking?

Zack: oh? this? -holds up a beer bottle- this is beer.

Borque: "Beer?" you all appear to be drinking it. Is it good for you?

Zack: oh.... well, sorta? I mean, it's mainly a social type of drink. most don't really do it by themselves.

Borque could not grasp the concept of a "social" drink. what does that even mean? Then it hit him

Borque: Oh! it must make you more physically inclined so you can play sports together!

Zack: hm. not really, it actually can hinder your motor functions if you drink too much.

Borque: then does it make you smarter so you can all "joke" together?

Zack: bit exactly, while you can be funnier, it also impairs your mental state. you tend to make worse decisions. I mean, Tyler gets really funny, but he usually passes out from drinking and can't remember anything

Borque: Wait, drinking too much beer can make you FORGET your night?

Zack: That's nothing. drink too much and some of our organs can stop functioning.

Borque: EXCUSE ME!? Your organs stop functioning!? Why do you drink it!?

Zack: Cause it's FUCKING AWESOME -him and Tyler high five and then chug their beer-

Very different than my normal work. This is my first actual attempt at a piece like this. The technical side of it is pretty poor, but i made this with my heart. To try and capture my feelings at the moment The title is “Swept by the Undertow”

Drew Alistair again today. Had a sudden urge to see how he would look with a scarf, and i think it suits him. Will definitely stay as part of his design. I really enjoy this outfit for him. Think i’m reaching his final form. Will try to have a new character posted in a few days. His base design is done, so he’s in the editing phase. A nice compliment to Alistair and Dawn’s current design

this website pisses me off, everyones always like “space is so cool!” not its not, space is bullshit and i hate everything about it, i genuinely just saw the phrase “a black hole with a mass two billion times the mass of the sun” im so pissed off, shut the fuck up, dont patronise me scientists you know i dont know what the fuck that means, my sad little brain cant comprehend the mass of one sun let alone two fucking billion, i cant even count past 10 without getting confused and youre out here talking about the mass of two billion fucking suns, shut the hell up. and dont even get me started about black holes or the expansion of the universe because thats another two seperate rants entierly. oh and apparently theres a planet made of ice except the ice is also on fire??? yeah sure fucking thing, scientists. and this is just the shit i know about. i purposely dont research space because it pisses me off so much, god knows what other fucking bullshit exists out there that ive yet to read a fucking wikipedia article about. i dont think space is real, literally everything about space is so fucking fake, this is just some elaborate fucking practicle joke. two billion times the mass of the sun, fuck you

I don’t think i’ve ever talked about how much i love Gintama’s Openings. Most of them are just master classes in how to build excitement. This show really pulls off both its comedy and action segments. It does both better than most shows hope to do one.
