Finally finished! This is an OLD idea from way back in 2019, the sector pulling a sting operation while using Numbuh 0.2 as a step stool.

A KND page reached out to me in March asking for the Xerox sheets for Sector Z, and I finally got around to it today. If you pay very close attention, you can see the Xerox sheets are slightly more polished than the initial drawings. The lines end exactly, and the text has been re-written. Warburton's stamp is also in a different spot. I also posted one of the "reversion" shots, since I thought those were cool.

@urbanrangermomo brought up the headcanon for the Delightful Childrens fusion counterparts being Sector Z instead of being merged together like in op REPORT. Immeditely I tried for drawing them, and figuring out how the color palette would change (Since sector z had kinda the same palette as the fusions)

Here are some doodles of him, I also took the time to draw the original Kenny and Chimpy of the show cus the name reminded me of him, also a headcanon look w/out his helmet!

Also, no one else can convince me otherwise that the white part is actually is his hair and isn't just a helmet design.

Again, so sorry for how long this took! This year has already been a pain in the butt for me- But here it is!!

Sector z Constance:

Interest: - Cooking interest being Hispanic cuisine. - Dreams to be a famous chef when growing up.

Personal: - Was recently put into the orphanage due to "Papa" (What she calls her Grandpa) passed away in his sleep. - Knows her cooking skills from "Mama" (Her Grandma) before passing away as well. - Her comfort is cooking or being held onto. - Has hard time sleeping when alone, will only sleep next to Alessandra. - Considers to be selectively mute. - Hates smiling or making eye contact, that's why she has sunglasses. - Doesn't have any fears.

Delightful Constance:

Interest: - Cooking interest being baking. - Book lover - Only plans for growing up is to become a professional baker.

Personal: - Has about only 3 other glasses, only collection. - If she was left alone (Rare), she'll be mute the whole time but also take control of the situation. - The difference between of her and her siblings is that she'll outsmart you real quick.

LTDFCD Constance:

Interest: - Only thing she can make is Frozen beverages (Slushes and ice cones). - hyperfixaction on Jellyfish.

Personal: - Is the brightest sunshine out of the whole group. - Doesn't realize how much tan she is. - Favorite flowers being hibiscus!

Headcanons of them as a whole!: - Only people they trust is their siblings/friends. - Is the therapist friend

Got in a lot of Codename: Kids Next Door production art from Todd Myers, the show's character designer. All five of the original Sector Z designs. Three shots of Sector Z turning back into the Delightful Children. One Not-Warburton approved design of Constance without her hat. (That's what the red stamp means) A Xerox of Bruce's front sheet with his back design attached via post it note. I chatted a bit with Mr. Myers about these pieces & thought I'd share one particular piece of background info. Sector Z is partly based on the SLA (Symbionese Liberation Army), a far-left group from the mid 1970's, & more or less function as a reverse of what they (supposedly) did to Patty Hearst. Rebels brainwashed to be obedient, instead of the other way around. Last image is comparison between sizes of animation paper used at CN in 2001 vs 2006.
