when was the last time you gave yourself time to b r e a t h e ? I went to NZ and Australia with no expectations other than seeing my aunt, uncle and cousins. I left with a new found sense of peace, independence, and love. Love for those around me, love for the world, love for myself. I returned to my regular life with a sense of ease, but inevitably my anxieties returned. I was walking through the world with my head down, my shoulders tensed up high again. My literal physical body was communicating to me that it needed release. My mind asked "when was the last time you've said kind words to me?"
