okay in all seriousness, i love suitcase so much because even if i found ii later into my life, finding a character in a show that i like that experiences psychosis and it isnt portrayed as her being insane or violent was really helpful and healing for me

growing up thinking i was a monster for having hallucinations and delusions was scary, its nice to see that others may not have to grow up like that

I gave Knife mainly bruises since in the fight scene, suitcase mainly beat the shit out of him. veeeeery small detail: there's a bite mark on his wrist from when suitcase closed herself on his hand also, but we went with a bite mark for the gijinka haha.

and Suitcase has mainly slashes because Knife is a knife so it felt fitting. he would bring a knife to a fist fight haha

wanting to write a fanfic where suitcase dies after the osc and civilization exists for a bit, and the aftermath of that

this will be humanized for better flow, im hoping to write them in object form at some point, but i fear id accidentally mix some human parts and adjectives and stuff in there and create horrid images

however, there are 2 branching paths i could take, and i want to do both, but i dont know which one first

Goddess Suitcase: Suitcase dies via suicide deep in the forest, and was found 2 days later when OJ and Cabby got concerned that she didnt show up for a 2nd day in a row, and nobody had seen her.

Turns out that Suitcase had said something about the suicidal ideation in Mepad Mansion, where Knife, Marshmallow, Apple, and Bow heard. However, Knife said that he needs to figure out a better way to approach the issue after she left, and that she'd still be there tomorrow and they'd talk. She lives in Mepad Mansion in this, however, she had a OSC meeting that she attended that evening. When she didn't come back, they assumed it lasted late and that she stayed in the hotel. The next day, they got worried but waited. It was only the 3rd day where Marshmallow went to ask, with OJ and Cabby saying that they are also looking for her and that body has seen her.

So, after this she's burried at Mepad mansion so Knife could visit the grave, and things go quiet for a while. Especially after the shock that someone killed themselves, especially being the first death, and they were from the OSC. However, while everyone is struggling with guilt, weird things start happening for the better. Flowers grow in random spots near people to cheer them up, perfect conditions happen for planned activities, so on and so forth.

The rest of the fic explores the aftermath and Suitcases POV of turning into some sort of Goddess after her death, lonely but able to help others.

Single Dad Knife: Suitcase dies for unknown reasons, her corpse is found but there are no wounds, no proof of attack, nothing leading to the conclusion that she died. However, she is dead. Knife is not a ghost in this one, and he and Suitcase have a daughter named Lock. After Knife gets the news, he has to learn to live with the fact that she's dead, and that his daughter looks exactly like her. Later it's revealed that she was possibly murdered, which leads Knife to seek out his partners murderer.

Also any suggestions for possible changes to the ideas are allowed and appreciated! ^-^

I like Suitcase very much!! Her arc was great, she's very cute, and she murdered Cobs <3 I have the Suitcase plush, and she is remarkably huggable!^^

I like to think Suitcase will tuck items under her straps if she needs to hold them just for a moment. Normally she'd put items inside of her for storage, of course, but if she's going to need the item very briefly, she'll just slip it under her suspenders and carry on until she needs it again.

This one is... not really a headcanon, but it is a fun thought I ponder sometimes and it's about Suitcase so here you go. If Suitcase were to want to get on a plane with another object, could they check her as luggage and thus not have to pay for another seat? I doubt it would be allowed, but could she manage it? Pretending to be luggage and getting a free flight? Normally Suitcase is pretty morally upstanding, but with living on a (seemingly) remote island and the price of air travel these days... a million dollars won't get all that far in the long run...

I wonder if Suitcase would ever like to do some more painting, or just make art in general. She made what was more or less vent art during the painting challenge, maybe making more could be helpful for her, yeah? Art of things she sees, things she's feeling, or even art of things she likes that make her feel good, too!

I also wonder if Suitcase ever gets just the smallest bit pissed that Mephone made Box with arms and her without. I mean, if Mephone had made me and decided not to give me an extra pair of rather helpful limbs, I'd be pretty pissed. Doubly so if he gave someone who is somewhat of a prototype version of myself arms and me no arms. She doesn't need arms to function and succeed, obviously, but like, it would probably be convenient to have them, yeah? If she needs to carry things and walk, she has to open herself up, which means she can't see anything in front of her, as well. I wish I had more than two arms a lot, yeah? It'd be a similar feeling for her.

i have so many fanfic ideas, including 2 big ones that i havent even started, just planned one

will state that all but one are inanimate insanity (in case you found this from the undertale (+ yellow) tag)

trigger warning for kidnapping + drug induced brainwashing (not smut, angst, i realize that the description makes it sound like that), eating disorders and injuries, self harm, self-sacrifice leading to death, suicidal thoughts | NONE OF THESE ARE TALKED ABOUT IN DETAIL, i just wanted to be safe and give people an out in case they are sensitive to the topics

another note is that for the inanimate insanity fics, they are humanized to make more scenarios work and to help me write them more smoothly

deltarune but with chara clover frisk and flowey (though kris does appear as a major character, just not apart of the heros) instead of kris susie and ralsei. b plot with 8 year old kris being manipulated by the knight, also asriel went missing with dess after school. im so excited to write for this but i cant get started and idk why. might do an ask fic blog instead, that seems more reasonable but it matters

ii 16 but outside of the 3 from that episode, nobody dies. instead, suitcase and knife are theatened with their friends lives and after fighting, are given an amnesia drug (will figure more out later) and are forced to work for cobs (they still have their personalities and suitcase still has hallucinations, she just doesnt understand why anymore), and when theyre saved, they have to work through recovery (thinking of making the amnesia drug wear off after a duration of time, but they keep injecting that shit)

fantube angst centering test tube and her overworking herself to the point where she hasnt ate or slept in days, eventually passing out into a flask with chemicals, giving her cuts and chemical burns. ends with comfort because the rest of the bright light group forces her to take care of herself (maybe delves into eating disorder stuff thats not caused by body image issues, not sure)

knifecase angst where suitcase cuts her hair during hallucinations and inflicts some wounds, knife realizes shes missing and she tries to hide the damage, he finds out in the end and comforts her

exploring the idea of my headcanon that the show has a variety of ages (ranging from cherries to... idk who the oldest would be, might do a headcanon age sheet), and that suitcase is around 15 in comparison to oj and cabby who i headcanon to be in their early to mid 20s, so during the osc she is overwhelmed more compared to the other 2, and knife (who would be around 16 in this) helps her talk it through as a ghost

what if scenario on if suitcase sacrificed herself while defeating cobs, not exactly sure how a scenario like this would go, so i need to explore this idea more, i also dont know if id make it so shes a ghost, or go for a purely angst idea. also knife lives in this one
