So I made a lot of burgers to celebrate, but here鈥檚 the thing: I have nobody to celebrate with. After I came back from the temple I realized that there was a huge chance of me dying in there. Literally, drop dead, and nobody would even know because I鈥檓 all alone here.聽
I鈥檓 going back to San Myshuno tomorrow, and I decided that next time I come, I鈥檒l bring someone with me.聽

Bumped, scratched and pissed all over. But I did it. I walked down hallways that no living sim has even seen. And I made it out to tell the story. Abuelo, I hope you鈥檙e proud of me.聽

First rookie mistake. This trap sent an electric shock through my body so big that I wet my pants immediately. This is mortifying at least, but I am not ready to quit.聽

As I get deeper and deeper into the jungle, I am finding remnants of ancient life. I have dug up a bunch of artifacts, quite resemblant to the Omiscan architecture and designs. I feel I could be nearing the Sacred Temple. Even though nobody has ever left that place in one piece.聽

I am writing this from the heart of the jungle. I am currently sitting in the ruins of what could have been the ancient Omiscan civilization. I am completely speechless and in awe. How surreal, how magical. How lucky I am to be one of the few sims who has been able to see such wonder. As I drink from my plastic water bottle, I can only imagine how it was like before, before us, before the future came and took all of this beauty away.聽

Back to Selvadorada! Finally!聽
This time, I took the necessary precautions and got me some repellent. Let鈥檚 see if this thing works with bees as well. I swear, if I ever have to see a bee again, I鈥檒l lose it.聽

Great news! Apparently, this dumb clump of dirt had a whole Omiscan vase inside of it! This is an advance I鈥檇 never thought I鈥檇 make so soon! I wonder what other treasures Selvadorada holds inside the heart of its jungle?聽

I had to go back to San Myshuno after your girl鈥檚 bee stings got horribly infected. No worries though! I will be back in the Jungle before I can say beeswax!聽

See, I don鈥檛 give up easily. And after I ate my miserable food, in my miserable couch, I decided to go out for fresh air. Literally two seconds after going out: Bees. Bees, again.聽

I would never consider myself a squeamish Sim, in fact, I enjoy being outside quite a bit, but Selvadoradian mosquitoes are roughly the size of a wasp! After half an hour of trying to eat my food, I had to move the party back inside.聽

Being in Selvadorada inspired me to try out local recipes. I handpicked black beans and avocados, bought some fresh cheese at the market, and got ready to cook.
I failed miserably.聽
Here you can see me whipping up some fruit salad.

I should not be this excited about an Iguana. But LOOK AT IT! Its name is Flynn and we are best friends.

I was so eager to start exploring, that I ventured into the Selvadoradian聽jungle in the middle of the night. Needless, to say, it was a bad idea. After a couple of hours and before I could find anything interesting, I was attacked by bees! Bees! Can you believe it! After I presided the Bee Protection Alliance in San Myshuno for years!

This is Senador. He roams around the town every night, hunting everything from spiders to snakes. Everyone knows him, and everyone loves him. Keep doing ya thang, Senador.聽

Okay, maybe I should dial it down a little with the food. I have been eating absolutely everything I can get my hands on! The empanadas, arepas, and everything else from the food stall sent me straight down memory lane, to when I was a kid, and Abuela鈥檚 food had the most magnificent scent, and then, it sent me straight to the bathroom.聽

Well, here I am. Honestly, I was expecting Selvadorada to be a dream come true, but I wasn鈥檛 expecting it to be all of my dreams come true. This place is everything I thought it would be, and more! As soon as I arrived, I headed to the town, where my grandparents met. I thought that after all these years, it was going to be completely different from what Abuelo described, but everything is here, the vendors, the food stalls, the cheerful locals, even the stray cats!聽
