Luna's lore

Backstory: At the age of 8, she was a very happy kid with loving parents and family. She was bit of a mama's girl. Despite being a bit shy around other kids, she managed to make some friends. Everything was going well until the day her mom "accidentally" died. It really took a mental toll on Luna, her father and their friends. Her dad tried his best to be there for her while he was struggling too. Luna knew this and tried to be there for him as much too. A few months before Luna's birthday, her father also "accidentally" died in battle. Luna was devastated and became depressed. She pushed all of her other friends away and spent most of her time alone. She was taken in by her uncle Tails. Tails and Knuckles have agreed to try co-parent Luna so she often hung around with them (mostly Tails because Knuckles was kind of busy at times). Her uncles tried to help her out as much as they could. They both loved Sonic and Amy very much so they understood what she was going through.

Present time: Now in her 20's, Luna still hasn't gotten over her parents death. Instead, she mostly tries to ignore the issue and focuses more on other stuff which is causing her mental health to get worse but she plays it off. She does throw a sassy remark here and there like her father. She started helping people in danger and even fought Eggman a few times. She helps out her uncle Tails from time to time. She actually learned a lot about technology with the help of his teaching. Luna's pretty serious when she's in tough situations. She tries to plan everything out so that will all work perfectly. Right now, she's travelling across universes with her friends because an unkown threat is coming for them all.

Her powers: She's able to manipulate fire and even turn invisible. She had a tough time trying to control her powers so Blaze came by to coach her. She's insanely strong like her mom too. Unfortunately she didn't inherit her father's speed but she is able to jump pretty high.

Her relationship with her pet crow, Ray: Luna met Ray at a very young age and he's very important to her. She feels like he's the only thing she has of her parents and treasures him so much. She found him laying on the ground with an injured wing. She took him to Vanilla to help him get better. After his wing was healed he was able to fly again but he refused to leave Luna's side. They tried locking him put but he was still there at the house, knocking on their window consistently. After some consideration, Luna's parents allowed her to keep him. From that moment on they became best friends.

Her relationship with Shard: They both have a mutual crush on eachother but Luna's a bit shy and awkward when it comes to expressing her feelings for him so she sometimes pushes him away (coping mechanism). She doesn't mean to hurt him, she just feels like he'll be safer without her.

Her relationship with Seth: These two have known eachother since they were in diapers. They pretty much act like siblings. He likes to get on her nerves and do crazy stuff. He does try to help her be more open about how she feels since he knows she's still struggling with her trauma.

Her relationship with Prisma: At first, Luna didn't understand why this woman was trying so hard to make her life a living hell. She thought she was some jokester villian like Eggman but that turned out to not be the case. It was later revealed that Prisma was the reason her parents died because of an old grudge she held against them. Luna almost lost all of her senses and tried to kill her but after some talking with Seth she knew murder wasn't the right choice. She tried many different approches towards Prisma to make it easier for the both of them but Prisma wasn't having any of it. At this point, Prisma was becoming too dangerous and violent to try and be reasoned with. Luna tried everything she could but in the end she had to resort to the only option she had to keep everyone safe: kill Prisma.
