Do you think there would ever be a scenario where Bowser could change fundamentally? If so, what would have to happen to make that change?

// Anyone can change. Bowser has evolved in the series over time, having become a bit more fatherly. Raising Junior has shifted his character a lot.

That being said, Bowser is the most stubborn of the main three (Mario, Peach, Bowser) and it would take extreme measures to enforce any real change in him. That is navigating endless ego and attitude. Few characters/events would have the patience or means to inspire that change. His methods have given him so many rewards. He has little reason to try to change.

It is difficult to define what would need to happen, but something substantial. If a person were trying to inspire change, they would have to earn his respect, convince him change was worthwhile, and even then require extreme patience as he would not change quickly. Huge events could change him. If he no longer had a whole kingdom on his shoulders, that would open the door for more personal development.

But why would you want him to change?? Bowser is perfect. We should all change for him... Peaches. (:

"Mister!" It's that sleepy runt in pink again. "Have you ever made a glitter bomb?" Quite the suspicious way to start a conversation, the kid is sure up to some shenanigans.

Lo and behold, Mado holds up a small box, no doubt filled with the necessary craft items, and lots of packed glitter. "Would you like to add it to your to-do list?" Sheesh, this girl cannot be possibly this bored to come pester Bowser with such dumb things!

"... oh, don't worry, it's not active yet. But I'll let you mail it to whoever you want once it is!" Oh. Now that's an opportunity to be evil; once glitter gets spread, it's forever, especially on carpet.

"That's fun and all, but." A giddy giggling terrorist pulled a ticking bob-omb from his son's toy box. "I think it's more fun to blow up the carpet."

Merrily stuffing the explosive into a little box, he handed it back to the girl like one would Santa's gift. "Here. I'll let you mail it out to whoever you want!"

How did Cow get her driver's license?

A paratroopa carefully pressed a pair of reading glasses to the king's head whilst another handed him an unfurled scroll- Bowser squinted hard and began:

"First, she had to take the driver's course and pass the written test. Not easy - those dorks throw several trick questions there to weed out the weak beef.

Then, she had to marinate for at least 50 supervised hours on the track! Think free roam but with some creeper watching the whole time.

Finally, the driver's test! We lose a lot of cows to the exam. Beef have become burgers beneath the bull-brained examiners! But, the bravest of the bovine best it and get their license."

"SATISFIED!?" The king threw his glasses directly into this shy guy's forehead! "Don't say I never answered any stupid questions like a proper king, loser. Now GET LOST."

Panicked toadie footsteps rushed through the halls, tiny spears in hand ready to... try.

"THAN YOUR CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE SURPRISE."

The stampede outside the kitchen door devolved into hushed whispers and confusion.

"Junior isn't going to let me hear the end of it if I don't get the recipe. He says nothing else is good enough. Have a heart, Peaches!"

               "bowser,"  peach  sighed.  "how  many  times  do  i  have  to  tell  you?  you  CANNOT  have  my  chocolate  chip  cookie  recipe!"

               she'd  been  trying  to  be  his  friend  --  trying  to  see  the  good  in  him,  because  if  there  was  one  thing  peach  believed,  it  was  that  there  was  good  in  everyone  if  you  really  LOOKED.  so,  she'd  invited  bowser  over  to  bake!  but  she  couldn't  give  out  her  most  famous  cookie  recipe  to  just  anyone...

               "maybe  i  could  teach  you  my  snickerdoodle  one  instead?"

So Mr. "I rule over everyone with scales.". That means Francis is under of your dominion, good luck with that.

"WHO?"

"Convince him."

More than achievement and boards are on the line now: nothing could be better than watching that wretched red plumber lose eternally. The frustration had the Koopa King salivating! Sloppily licking his lip, he rubbed his claws together as if preparing for dessert. "This is going to be the most fun part of the party, Weegee! You can beat your lame brother AND rub his nose in our prize!"

As the other's chin curled like it did Luigi almost grimaced whenever Bowser curled his chin like that. Did the other really have to make it look like he was almost snake like? It made him shiver just thinking about that.

Luigi glances at Bowser. Blinking at him a little. "I can try. But I doubt my brother would be willing to throw every mini game for me." Luigi said. Again he can try it. But That doesn't mean that Bowser's idea will work. Honestly, why couldn't they just go for one of the easier achievements?

"A dragon has no place in my kingdom..bygone with you.."

Fingers curled and tensed. Warning flares bubbled from the dragon's snout. The flexing in his right arm forewarns a punch, but it never comes. For the man had baited the hook without realizing it.

"Your kingdom, huh?" It would work better in Bowser's service! "Give your sandbox to the real king. ME!"
