Honestly, I still love my outcome. I can point out a few details that I would’ve loved to have changed, but honestly I still think it holds up. I absolutely adored the process of making it though. Experimenting with other medias such as bleach and lino was really fun and it gave me really creative outcomes! I think my favourite thing to experiment with digitally was probably the typography, looking for different fonts and purposely choosing the right font.

For example, I was purposely looking for a dyslexia friendly font because the main characters have dyslexia! Plus, the authors child is also dyslexic, so ensuring that I chose fonts with care was especially important to me.

I love looking at some of my old work and just seeing how much I’ve improved from years ago.

Seriously, I remember during my character design I thought it was the best thing ever, but now looking at my recent character? I can point out every detail I could’ve changed. Reflecting on this really helps to further push my development in art and design.

New v-tuber design process!

I’m insanely happy with this character, and i think shes adorable! Took me 7 and a half hours all together - so I gotta say special thanks to Hamilton, the animal crossing version for keeping me motivated at the end!

A huge thanks to Nyahalloshop on twt for the outfit references, please check them out! Their designs are incredible, I love them smmm!!

The colour scheme took me a while, but I’m glad i finally got an outcome I am really happy with.
