Some people might say that gold is the best investment, some might say a stock market, but for me watches is a really interesting investment.

Why investing in watches is good?

- Luxury watches are a status symbol to show the wealthy.

- It is one kind of investment. ( Price continues to go up, but also has a risk to drop down.

- Investors can create a new family heirloom.

- Watches have less risk if compare with other investments.

This blog will write about how to choose the first watches for investment.

First, you have to pick the brand you like and you have to do the research.

What kind of research you have to do?

The most important thing you have to know is the current price and market price of that watch, so you can determine your budget. Secondly, investors have to look for something unique or limited edition.

Start with the well-known brand?

There are many brands of luxury watches, but some brand is not appropriate for investors because it really hard to sell for some reasons.

The example of one well-known brand is Rolex.

This graph shows the price of one popular model of Rolex which is Submariner Date. As you can see the price continues to rise up, and it still has the potential to be more expensive in the future.

My first watch for investment.

In the picture is the Omega speedmaster reduce which is my first watch the I started to do the research and decide to invest in it. This Omega is already discontinued, the price when I got this watch is around 45,000 Baht, but at this, the price is approximately 55,000 Baht.

One of the essential things you must have if you want to invest in the watch is “passion”. Passion is very important because when you do something with love it will succeed in one day.
