Was reading @kurt-dontcry description for their beautiful Rain design and switched up the word whiskers for Whiskey, so I felt obligated to draw that somehow.

I am not big on feeding the internet art so if yall want to see more yall better bring some good arguments for me to do so! /j

here some random headcannons:

Fresh water ghouls have whiskers that help them to hunt and know if they fit through somewhere.

The whiskers move on their own.

Rain had a hard time adjusting to being out of water for long times and ends up being a bit clumsy, walking against things and tripping a lot.

(Also yes... I saw the spelling mistake on the artwork... bit too late to fix it now.. also forgot those tuning things on the bass)

here is my Cyclone design hheheheh

(I'm not a fan of the name Storm.)

Design inspo: He was originally based on a painted bat but is added some more storm based elements as well.

There is a huge cyclone marking on his back.

Random headcannons:

He's sweet but was a bit nervous at the beginning scared that he might not meet everyone's expectations.

Yes there are actual lightnings in his fluff. They will increase in numbers and strength depending on how he's feeling.

I headcannon that air ghouls mostly use echolocation to get around since they are mostly night active. Usually they make small clicking noises that are barely audible to most but when they are nervous this can turn into screaming....

... cyclone when he first joined and was very nervous...

Mist

Have my Mist Design.

I'll make a more detailed one like i did fow Dew at some point but I don't have access to my computer rn do that will have to wait.

She's a saltwater ghoul:

Saltwater ghouls are physically stronger than freshwater ghouls.

Saltwater ghouls are quite far down on the food chain within their environment causing them to be more protective their food. Freshwater ghouls are quite the opposite with that.

They are the most aggressive ghoul species and are even know to attack pack members if food is critically low.

Their fins are almost always damaged since they fight a lot.

Water ghouls are the most humanoid looking. They use this to trick humans and pull them into their waters

Saltwater ghouls have bigger fins than freshwater ghouls

Front View

•In my headcanon she is a mix of Air, Fire and Earth elementals. The most prominent part, in my opinion, is air.

•Her horns are curled back, since she's part Earth Ghoul

•Due to her being part Air Ghoul, her ears are fluffy and droopy, but not fully wings, since she's not actually an Air Ghoul

•Facial markings are sun-themed

•She also has fluffy on her forearms, shoulders, neck and ankles, from being part air ghoul

•She has claws from both her air and fire parts. Obviously her nails are painted.

Back View

•The back markings largely stem from the Earth part, but still have the sun-themed parts, that come to her naturally

•She has a short, fluffy tail. It largely comes from the Earth part, but also there are also some Air Ghoul Genes involved in there.

Face Close Up

•She has a long and round face

•In my verse, Multi Ghouls have blurry and indistinct eyes, due to their mixed nature.

•The hair is both inspired by both clouds and fire.

Other Notes

•The fangs are from the Fire Ghoul parts

•Her nose comes from the Earth Ghoul part

•She has a sun hair clip, to hold up her pony tail

•The fluff sorta fades out into normal skin, slowly becoming less and smaller feathers

Water ghoul hunting and Fire ghoul conflict (Ghoul behavior headcannons)

Tw: mentioning of cannibalism

Water ghouls are the only know ghoul kind that actively hunts other ghouls including they own kind when necessary.

Do to the waters of the pit not having a lot of food for the ghouls as well as water ghouls not really being high on the food chain within the waters.

They hunt whatever they can get which for fresh water ghouls means anything that comes for a drink and for salt water ghouls that means hunting any water ghoul that isn't in their pack.

Fire ghoul kits are quite common on the fresh water ghoul menu.

Despite the fact that Fire ghouls don't actually need to drink water they sometimes do it to help regulate their inner fire if they find it necessary. Fire ghoul kits aren't capable of regulating their Fire by themselves so they rely on water which puts them into danger a lot.

Fire ghouls know this and desperately try to protect their young but it just takes seconds of the ghoul not watching and the kit already got pulled into the waters likely dead within seconds.

This fact definitely leads to conflicts in the clergy...

Some random headcannons:

During his transformation he was temporarily thrown back into the pit so no one would have to deal with the consequences of his transformation. They brought him back after a few months fully prepared to summon a new fire ghoul if he didn't make it.

The bones on his tail fin used to be longer and had the shape of a water drop but they cut them a bit for safety reasons... yes it did hurt.

In the pit he attempted to join a fire ghoul pack. They didn't want him since they knew he wouldn't be able to keep up which would essentially drag them all down and the fact that he was a water ghoul made them a bit uncomfortable because water ghouls are responsible for a lot of fire ghoul kit deaths. They did pity him a bit tho and occasionally threw some food to him.
