thanks for the help i got back in june! unfortunately.. i will have to take rideshares to work for the foreseeable future now 🥲💔

here is my c-app if you'd like to help me keep up with these new costs.

however, if you'd like art in return, i did finally set up my vgen since my last post! i'm taking chibi + sketch requests. two examples of ones i did below!

(truthfully, vgen takes a bit to release funds + bank transfer wait times.. 😮‍💨 but all requests help!)

about 250 gets me to work a month! + an extra 150 for doc appointments and misc trips i now have to worry about paying for. so 400 is my goal atm.

i've started my last semester before i graduate, having yet another situation™️ on my head is.. yeah! 😃 anything you could throw my way would be helpful! thanks ❤️

Q: I do need to ask... In KAIBA, there is the scene where the mother plays the piano, gets her memory back and recalls how much she loved her stepdaughter. As a parent, that part affected me immensely, it actually made me cry. The music is so ingrained in this entire sequence, I cannot believe you put it there afterwards. At what point in the process did you add that piece, and what did you think when you heard it for the first time yourself?

A: Oh, I was very happy when I heard it, and I am very pleased with the result, with what the musician made.

Indeed, for that specific scene we needed the music earlier, as it was such an important part. We asked the musicians to start with this piece first, so we would already have it when we did the animation. And right from the beginning, from the first time I heard it, I loved the impression of this music. That piano piece. Yes.

I love when people draw interactions between King AZ and his XY self I love the idea of him being metaphorically (kind of literally) haunted by his own kingly visage. It unfortunately didn't work out but a while ago I tried to draw his kingly self puppeteering his XY self but using the chain of his key as the strings.... 🙂‍↕️

Xanthos feeling as if he's only capable of hurting those around him coupled with the fact that his mom's health deteriorated quite a bit after she gave birth to him.... hmm......

Yesterday I got reminded that it's implied that Hoopa stole AZ's palace

And I have it so that after the war, Xan spent a lot of time stripping the palace of gold and other finery in order to procure funds for Kalos' restoration. Just imagine this going on while Xan was in that process 😭

I also thought about how the only gold Xan kept for himself was his mother's jewelry, and the possibility of Hoopa wanting that jewelry for itself... which led to me imagining a scenario where Xan encounters Hoopa after his self-imposed exile, and when Xan once again refuses to give up the jewelry, Hoopa in anger sends both Xan and Sisamnes the Golurk thru one of its portals 😭 and they both end up in Hoenn (where AZ is at the time....👀)
