Now that he had consumed the liquid, he noticed that his taste buds reacted much more differently, and he questioned how he was able to drink something so unusual. “Now that I’m thinking about it, it does taste a bit.. odd... in a good way I presume.” 

–– He didn’t realize that he had finished his drink so quickly, and his first instinct was to grab the nearest cup, considering that he was so parched. However, when he realized the shocked expression on the latter’s face, he then knew that it was such a simple mistake. “Thank you, I was just.. so.. thirsty.” he laughed sheepishly as he rubbed the back of his nape with the pads of his fingers.

–– He raised an eyebrow at the sudden comment that left her lips, and he chuckled. “What are you daydreaming about now, hm?” With his hand running down her spine, he sighs softly. It had been a long day for him, but to end it with her always made it worth waiting for in the mean time anyway. He never allowed a reaction to be given to her, even when she tried her hardest to, yet there were always those random moments where she would spew out nonsense, and it would make him completely taken back. “Shush, you. Go to sleep.”

「 ẋ 」She huffs, moving until she was almost on top of him, chin resting on top of his chest as her eyebrows furrowed, “I don’t know why, but I can’t find a comfortable position tonight.” Propping herself on her elbows, she puffs her cheeks out, grumbling slightly towards the older. “You’re usually so comfortable to cuddle with.. Help me, bun.”

–– “Ah, seriously babe..” he chuckles softly as he pulled her up into his embrace, allowing her to completely lay on top of him with her head resting on his chest. “I’m assuming you’re thinking too hard about this, just relax,” he ran his fingers through the tresses of her hair, shifting beneath her to allow her some space to move and adjust herself on top of him. It wasn’t rare for the two to be cuddling, yet it seemed like it was their first time in ages.

Though, it wouldn’t be so useful anywhere in the world.” He shakes his head, laughing sheepishly as she bowed her head in apology. It wasn’t usual for someone to apologize to him for something so trivial, yet it still amused him. “Oh no, it’s fine. There’s nothing to apologize about.” 

–– The question didn’t surprise him, he was always asked if whether he was a foreigner or not, though he looked Korean and spoke fluently, his name was always one to catch people off guard. “Ah, yeah. I am. I’m French.” He chuckles as he brushes his fingers across the recording equipment before looking back at her with a grin. “Korean still, just lived in France all my life until recently. Elias raised an eyebrow. Did she not realize that the studio she was in was conjoined with many other studios in the building. “Oh, my studio is in the same building and I heard you from where I was working. I was curious, so I came by.”

–– Elias was never against the idea of helping his friends whenever they needed it. This time was not an exception. Mikyung had asked him to stay the night without giving him a proper reason, and he didn’t bother to ask because it might have been too personal. He easily obliged, and now he was faced with a sleeping Mikyung on his couch as he just finished washing up. “Mikyung, it’s your-” His voice died out at the sight of the girl in her not so comfortable position on the couch. Of course she would fall asleep the way that she did. It seemed like she could literally sleep in anywhere in any form, and still sleep well. However, this time was a bit different. 

Her brows creased and the corners of her lips curved in the opposite direction than usual. Was it a nightmare? He took the time to observe her actions a bit longer, because honestly, he wasn’t sure if he should just wake her up and spare her the nightmare, or just take her to a more comfortable setting to ease the nightmare. He stood, contemplating his actions, until he was interrupted of his thoughts when Mikyung began to reach out for whatever she could, a small whimper leaving her lips as if she was scared. Oh, it was definitely a nightmare then. 

With instinct, he bent down to her eye level and he shook her shoulder very cautiously. “Mikyung..” he spoke in a whisper. When her eyelids lifted into a hooded gaze, he smiled softly and patted her head, “You can sleep in my bed for tonight. It seems that your nightmare was pretty serious.”

–– Taehyung somehow managed to convince Elias to go to the bar with him on a Friday night just because that was the same day Tristan would be there to have a drink. It seemed as if Elias would be the third wheel tonight, but he didn’t mind. If they were free drinks, he was all for it. Plus, he hadn’t had a drink in a minute, and he was already drooling at the idea of having a nice vodka on the rocks. Upon entering the noisy bar, dimmed lights and loud music blasting over the speakers, Elias knew that it had been a while since he last entered a bar. He followed Taehyung to the bar stools at the front where the bartenders had been working, and of course started the night where Elias would deeply regret his decisions of drinking with Taehyung. 

Five shots in, and Taehyung was most definitely a mess. It had only been fifteen minutes, and Tristan was nowhere to be found, which meant that Elias had to suffer the pain of taking care of a lightweight and crying drunk that is Taehyung. “Tae, would you sit up properly?” he nudged at his arm with an agitated look, his brows creasing together more and more as the latter continued to sob and slobber all over the counter. “Why didn’t you tell me that you were such a lightweight?!” He groaned out as he caught the other by the arms as he nearly fell off the stool. 

At this point, he was mentally slamming his head against the wall as this was probably the last thing that he had wanted to do for his Friday night. As Taehyung continued to cry over the lack of presence of his beloved, Elias rummaged through his pockets to finally grab his phone and punch in the number of his best friend. The only man who would be able to control this mess of a drunk. Three rings in, and the call finally connects. “Dude, can you get your ass over here and get your man?”
