Realistically, he probably shouldn’t have left the apartment with the work laptop. But he needed a change of scene, and the coffee shop was as good as anywhere, plus they really did have the best coffee. All of which would have been fine, except there was now no internet here as the wifi which had been working suddenly blinked out of existence. Just as an email came through from Velma. Oh wonderful, as if she needed any more reason to yell at him this week. He was sure it was just a game now for her. “Hi, sorry. Quick question, is the wifi in here working for you? Not sure if it’s gone, or if I really need to upgrade my laptop”.

Coffee was not Link’s favorite thing in the world, but the atmosphere of a coffee shop was. He was sipping his coffee and looking through emails from his agent when he was asked a question, and a glance at the source of the voice caused a grin on his face. “Well, if it isn’t Corny Collins.” He had been interviewed by the older man a few years ago, and he definitely enjoyed it. A quick glance at his phone showed that the wifi was also out for him, “Nope, looks like it’s out for me too.”

I met someone recently who had never seen a single musical, ever. Not a musical TV show, not a musical movie, nothing. Blew my mind.

I was guest starring on this TV show as a robbery suspect and my character was pretty gritty, it was really fun playing someone like him.
