as last year’s pride month meetup was quite fun & successful (it ended up trending #1 !! what !!!!), i thought i’d host another one for 20gayteen !!
what is a meetup ?
- a meetup is a digital event (not real-life!) where you can post your original content and tag it with the meetup tag (listed below)
- this meetup’s goal is not only to raise awareness for the lgbtq+ community, but also to create a safe place where everyone can be proud of their identity and meet new people who might be going through similar things !
participation
- who: everyone who does not identify themselves as cisgender and heteroromantic/-sexual is welcome to participate, regardless of blog type !
- what: post your original, lgbtq+ related content under the tag #pride month meetup !!! p.e. you can: post a selfie and introduce yourself ! write a fic about your otp ! make an edit about your favourite lgbtq+ character and/or celebrity ! talk about your coming out story and other experiences ! anything is allowed ! be proud of who you are and do not hesitate to share your stuff with the world !
- also: make sure to look at other posts under the tag, reblog stuff, make new friends and have a nice time while feeling safe and included !
- rules: this is a meetup for everyone to enjoy, so please refrain from posting nsfw or negative content that might be triggering to some: and please please always be kind to each other ! any negativity within this meetup will not be tolerated in any way. this meetup is meant to be a safe place so keep that in mind !

which means
the gays have taken over. we control this universe now. straights™️ and queerphobics beware. no tolerant of any bullshit. our highlight is bright enough to blind jesus himself. when offended, we shoot rainbows out of our hands at our enemies. terfs are our biggest targets. the asexuals act as our badass army to defend us from hate. all genders unite under the rainbow flag, the flag of our new nation. we play Born This Way while we train to dominate the universe, and we dance to I Will Survive when we sleep. it’s time, time for us to claim our glittery rainbow thrones and take over.
