Having fun with this fresh new hair, but don't get me wrong, I am usually in mom-mode sans make-up, rocking a messy bun or braids these days. Currently i write this from my couch while I pump into the wee hours of the morning. 🍼🍼 it's ✨️b a l a n c e ✨️ my friends. Back @ the doc for a visit & lab testing. Improving & healing in some ways postpartum but others are still proving challenging. Another new specialist tomorrow. So grateful we live downtown by all these medical professionals on my team. I've finally been receiving quality care for once in my chronic illness life, even though these docs aren't necessarily related to that journey. Also, I really appreciate a hella talented phlebotomist. That draw was so speedy & painless. Thanks Nashville for your healthcare people being an improvement from other states we've lived in. (TN needs to take the next step tho so my chronic illness care plan can be complete. They've got a waaaays to go.) . Bringing a little rainbowy sunshine to your day🌈🌞 Today was another doctor appointment day.  (Isn't this rainbow watercolor mask so heckin' cute??🌈) These office visits have been a rollercoaster of emotions and I'm working hard to do my best processing, but hanging in there, focusing on what I can control, getting more information & going from there.  Extra art time in the studio has been helping, and adding in some extra therapeutic modalities lately in hopes for a deeper level of healing.🙏 What do you find helps you? Hello friends, and happy Monday 😘 . Hope you had a lovely start to your week & if not, that's ok! Focus on what you can control, find something to nourish your mind & body tonight and start anew tomorrow 🌞 We had some gorgeous weather here in Nashville and spent most of the day enjoying the sunshine just strolling the neighborhood after a mini coffee/brunch date outside at @redbicyclecoffee in Germantown.☕ .
