My mother the most loving, selfless person I know is now fighting for her life. "She underwent surgery just days ago, and her condition is fragile. Doctors say she urgently needs treatment abroad, but we can’t afford it. We can barely manage food and basic medicine." I’ve done everything I can. I’ve tried to be strong. But no matter how hard I fight, I can’t do this alone. Please… imagine for a moment that this was your mother lying in pain, looking at you with eyes full of hope, waiting for help you can’t give. How would that feel? I’m not asking for much , just for a chance to save her. A small act of kindness from you might be the reason she survives.

Our house was bombed at the beginning of the war, and now my family and I are living in a small tent. We can no longer move anywhere; we no longer have the energy to bear it. Traumatized in Ireland While my Family is Facing Death and Starvation in Gaza

I contemplate the happy faces of people around me here in Ireland and reminisce about the happy normal life my family and I had before the war. A life that turned into a distant memory for us and was replaced by an unending series of horrible nightmares.

Unlike my family in Gaza, people here have access to drinking water, all types of food, electricity, and a roof over their heads. Above all, they are safe, and I cannot help but wonder if they genuinely do appreciate these blessings in their lives enough.

People seem relaxed and laughing wholeheartedly around me in Ireland. I wish I could laugh too, but I am crushed way beyond recovery on the inside. I was evacuated by my Irish college after five months of living the horrors of war in Gaza. I hope you will never know what it feels like to live in constant fear and worry and be horrified by the most sickening and scary nightmares every single night while you are far away from your family in such circumstances.

When did my people in Gaza cease to be human beings worthy and deserving of a normal life? Has it become normal now for my family in Gaza to be starved and killed while the whole world is watching the genocide? If that is the case, then you will have to excuse me if I seek every avenue to bring them to Ireland and start a new normal life like all people here around me.

I was assured by the Irish Reugee Council (IRC) and lawyers in Ireland that there is hope I can reunite with my family in Ireland. In difficult times, it is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. For me and my family, you are literally our light and hope for a better life.

Ahmed and his family have been verified by @90-ghost for a long time now. Still, in the face of inflated prices in Gaza, he struggles to collect enough money to purchase the simplest of things like milk and flour, which are now as much as $1,000 and $750 respectively.

Ahmed and his family are only trying to survive against the starvation that has taken all of Gaza by storm. Ahmed’s sister needs milk to feed her two small children, and Ahmed himself has even fainted from the hunger. Ahmed’s beloved cat has now died of hunger.

There is not enough food to go around. Those with food sell it at prices too steep for people in need to afford. Ahmed does not have much time. He and his family are already in critical condition from starvation and lack of shelter. He has already lost his cat, he cannot lose his family. He cannot lose his life.

Ahmed is able to accept donations at both of the below accounts. PayPal is more direct and will take fewer fees altogether, but if PayPal is not available to you we ask that you please donate to the GFM. It will get to him regardless of payment method. For other options, you can DM me or send an ask and I will make sure that the money gets to him.

We are currently looking for around $2,000 as a short-term goal. We are already partway to this goal at $271. It is urgent that Ahmed gets this money as soon as possible.

My name is Enas. I have eight children of varying ages and two grandchildren.

The reality of war, pain, and destruction we have faced daily for nearly two years is indescribable. Before that, we were a normal family, like yours: we worked in various professions (accountant, school guard, nurse, etc.), held social gatherings, and celebrated birthdays. Since then, we have lost everything: our homes, our jobs, our possessions, our family members, and our friends. Our lives are in tatters.

The past three months have been hell. Constant displacement (five times), living in a squalid tent, water scarcity, and unbearable food. We eat at most one meal a day, usually canned beans or rice Even if this is found at very high prices, we go days without even a single meal a day My family and I are hungry 💔.

Escaping starvation and death seems impossible. The crossing is closed, keeping us trapped in Gaza.

I launched this campaign because it is our only hope for survival until the crossing is finally opened, or, God willing, this war ends and reconstruction begins.

To those who care about the Gaza Strip and its people...

To anyone who thinks that no Palestinian lives have been saved... I don't think that's true. For example, think about the massive amount of fundraising campaigns that have tangibly helped, even with the aid embargo in Israel, that have tangibly helped Palestinians. We've gained support as a result of this activity. So, to say, "No Palestinian lives have been saved," again, that's not true. That's not true.

But secondly, even if that were true, would you blame yourself and the people for not standing up for you and for not speaking out against things that were already wrong because they weren't effective enough, instead of just offering better ways to do it? Should something be done or not?

there hasn't been but one donation in the last two days for abdul and his campaign @abdulrahman-family ... he cares not only for himself but other people too. please you've seen the pictures of famine coming out of palestine, but of this is news i have faith they're hope because there's now goods now entering the markets of palestine.

if you were waiting for a time you'd thought your money would be of help please it is now, help the campaigns top their goals, the prices of goods have lowered and they need as much as they can to not risk having to go to the "aid centers" which have become death traps, as well as to heal and hopefully rebuild.
