W/C 11th July 2022
This week I have created all available properties check list so I can keep track of all the interested in each property. I have sent off notices and pre applications to property's. I did my apprenticeship work on Tuesday and managed to get all court up on the that work as well as completing another 2 mock exams. this week I also called 2 landlords and spoke to them about what applicants they would like to go with.

W/C 4th July 2022
This week we have found out our staff member that has been on sick for a month will me on for another month there fore its another crazy month. on Monday I had an apprenticeship meeting and spent that rest of that day catching up on my apprenticeship work. i have spent the rest of the week pretty much catching up on my apprenticeship work and completing my day to day jobs and helping my colleagues with jobs.
next week we are again another staff member down so I will be putting my head down and possible learning new things and completing new tasks.

W/C 27th June 2022
This week we are coming to the end of our quarter and everyone is very busy trying to make sure will hit our targets or get as close to them as possible. I worked on my apprenticeship on Tuesday and completed the question Louise (apprenticeship tutor) sent to me to complete before my meeting with her on Monday 4th July, also was carrying on with my Project well I send out a questionnaire to my fellow staff members and contractors that we regularly deal with. On Friday I completed and updated the Renewals and rental progression boards on the wall. I also did the window and updated that to make sure it is all up to date.
Next week I hope that the staff member on sick will be back so its not as much of a stress but if she is I am ready and willing to take on more work.

W/C 20th June 2022
This week again it has been all hands on deck, a few weeks ago I was asked to look into the viewing feedback and enquires this week I have been asked to focus on a few things every morning of every day I am in working which is: Viewing feedback, enquires, confirming Juli’s (the director) diary, clearing DocuSign and being first person to answer the the phones and taking messages.
Next week will hopefully be the last week of only having 3 staff members in the office I will most definitely be working on the same stuff I do most weeks just trying to get numbers down and help my colleagues as much as possible.

W/C 13th June 2022
This week I am back from my annual leave this week I have came back to work and we are a staff member down for the month so because of this I am now in charge doing all rental office enquires, therefore I am calling applicants leaving a message if they do not answer. However if they do I am taking there details and see about booking them in a viewing at the property they want to view or answering any questions they have enquired over. I also answered my questions sent by Louise (apprenticeship tutor) and sent them straight back to her.
Next week it will be another busy one and I have been advised that I will be given even more responsibility next week too so I am quite excited to see what I will be given to do.

W/C 30th May 2022
This week we were only open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and were of the rest of the week for the Queens jubilee. I spoke to my manager about allowing me to do pre application to take more work off them and to have that little bit more reasonability. I was advised that I could start sending them out and completing them so before we broke up on Wednesday I completed everything I need to in regards to my apprenticeship and the viewing/ pre application. This week I also rang the council while chasing a maintenance job for a fallen fence in a property we manage and well as having an apprenticeship meeting on the Wednesday. At the end of Wednesday I gave my handover to my manager as I was going to be on annual leave from the Friday 3rd June to Tuesday 14th June.

W/C 23th May 2022
This Week I have started doing being in charge of taking applicants details of people that would like to view a property we have on the market and booking there viewing, in the directors diary’s, I am also in charge of confirming the viewings n the morning of the day they are getting done.
Next week I will speak to my manager about showing how to complete a pre application form so I can send them out to the applicates that are interested in the property's after there viewing.

W/C 16th May 2022
This week I have continued helping the office manager with her work, and I have started to help with my other colleagues work too, for example helping with the maintenance we have. I have also been keeping up with all my apprenticeship work and tasks I have been given.
Next week I hope to to have again more responsibility's and being more busy on my toes and be given more tasks to complete.

W/C 9th May 2022
This week I had started helping more and give more jobs within the business. I have mostly been helping the office manager with her work so I have started looking into her tenancy renewals for her so I have been emailing the landlords and tenants of property's we manage and asking whether they are wanting to renew there current agreement and asking the landlord whether or not if he wants to renew with a possible rent increase. Along with other jobs that I have been given throughout the week. and doing my apprenticeship on Tuesday.
Next week I hope to carry on with helping the office manager and getting more and more responsibility's.

W/C 2nd May 2022
This week the office was closed the Monday as it was a bank holiday. My office manager was on annual leave all week so she had asked me to keep an eye on her enquires and viewing feedback. I was also giving a task of downloading, uploading to jupix and sending NRL6 forms and information to the landlords. I was helping the girls in the office with there enquires. so this week I was giving a little bit more responsibility within the company to start helping my colleagues more with there work loads. On the Friday I had also taken my own Initiative started working on my office managers maintenance while she is away so i can give her an update for when she gets back.
Next week I hope to be given even that little bit more responsibility and tasks all week to keep me busy.

W/C 25th April 2022
This week I didn’t have to much to do I completed the window and everyday I confirmed all appointments. This week I have also sorted through some of the keys on for the property's we manage. Then Tuesday I had been doing my apprenticeship work. Towards the end of the week my office manager had me helping her with 2 of her property’s she manages and showed me how to complete an application form and send them out to applicants. One of the property's I was helping her with I had sent out and completed 5 application forms and the other property on Friday I had sent out the pre application form, completed it, spoke to the landlord about the applicants and taken my first holding fee.
Next week again I hope to have been giving a little more responsibility and continue with the property's I was helping with.

W/C 18th April 2022
This week I was off on the bank holiday Monday, Then Tuesday other than doing my last to do list for the applicants in the next 7 days, I worked on my apprenticeship work all day, Mostly updating my off the job hours. Then on the Wednesday I was helping clear and clean up our front home page on our system, then after my lunch I was completing some Hunters training and completed the quiz at the end passing with 98% out of 100%. Then once again on Thursday I didn't have too much to do on the morning so I completed some of my apprenticeship work again adding some off the job time on, then cleared some more of DocuSign. On the Thursday afternoon I also chased some viewing feedback for one of our rental Sunderland property's we have on. Friday I sent off emails for the Facebook live viewing to all the applicants interested in the property.
Next week I would love to be given a task to keep me busy throughout the week.

W/C 11th April 2022
This week I had quite a bit of time off so Monday and Tuesday I was off work, then Wednesday I was in and because I had been off I had a lot to do on the Wednesday so I had my usual jobs I have to do during the day then I have finished the Rent and Legal task my manager gave me that I started Thursday 14th April. Then on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning I finished going through South Tyneside applicants due to expire in the next 7 days. So I have completed my both my tasks that I was given over the past 2 weeks.
Next week I hope to be given a new task to start and also I will be going through my to do list for the applicants due to expire in the next 7 days for South Tyneside so after I do that on Tuesday the 19th when i am back at work all of them will be completed.

W/C 4th April 2022
This week I have worked through and almost finished going through all of the applicants expiring in the next 7 days. I have also went through all my to do list and only have one left that I will be going through when I return to work on Tuesday 19th. My apprenticeship meeting got cancelled again on Tuesday and rearranged for the 26th of April instead. so i just got on with my work and tasked i still had to complete. the rest of the week was the same with a mixture of  going through all of the applicants expiring in the next 7 days and going through DocuSign. Except Thursday afternoon where I started working through a Rent and Legal task my manager gave me. then Friday I was off work.
Next week I would like to have finished going through all the applicants expiring in the next 7 days, and have all the Rent and Legal task finished as well.

W/C 28th March 2022
This week I have been given a new task to complete, but at the beginning of this week I had been working though the completed DocuSign documents. I have completed all of 2021 documents and the majority of 2020. So I spent Monday and Wednesday focusing on that work. Tuesday I spent focusing on completing as much off the job work as I possibly could but unfortunately my meeting was cancelled and rearranged for Tuesday 5th April. On the Thursday and Friday I had started my new task I was given which was going through the applicates we have an our system that are down as still searching for a property, and double checking that they are defiantly still actively looking for a property. So I was calling them and if they didn't not answer I had left a message and an email and putting a to do on my diary for the Monday after and if id heard nothing back from them by Monday I would archive there account. I have been doing portfolio by portfolio.
Next week I hope to have completed my task of going through all of the applicants down as still searching for a property. and have 2020 of DocuSign completed as well.

W/C 21th March 2022
At the beginning of this week I had manage to finished doing the key lists for each of my colleagues portfolios, because I managed to get all the keys finished I managed to start going through DocuSign. I had managed to go through and complete and uploads most of the documents from 2021 and all of the documents from 2022 that we have had in so far. On Tuesday I spent the day getting on with all of my apprenticeship work, completing tasks adding off the job on my smart assessor account and completing some hunters training.
Next week I would like to have all of 2021 completed and uploaded on DocuSign and most of 2020 completed too, as well as working on my apprenticeship work on Tuesday and attending my meeting for my apprenticeship as well.

W/C 18th March 2022
This week I have been focusing on going through all of our active, fully managed and rent recipe property keys, checking that we have keys and that they are correct on our system. I have also been chasing contractors for keys. Towards the end of this week I started helping my colleagues in the office with there enquires and been emailing out to the applicants as well as that I have been going through a website called DocuSign where all of our documents are kept and have been checking they are complete and them uploaded to our system.
Next week I am hoping to be finished looking into the keys and I will be focusing and continuing on with checking and uploading documents from DocuSign to our system.
